:02:14. > :02:15.Aye, he was a rock, wasn't he? He was great.

:02:16. > :02:18.He has been visiting and kept in touch,

:02:19. > :02:23.Tell us something about your little girl.

:02:24. > :02:25.Katie, she was... Amazing.

:02:26. > :02:40.Shy at first, but then once she knew you, she...

:02:41. > :02:43.Yeah, she was shy, out, you know, with other people,

:02:44. > :02:53.She was just your typical seven-year-old girl, you know...

:02:54. > :02:58.She liked to snuggle up in bed at night.

:02:59. > :03:01.She used to sneak in our bed nearly every night -

:03:02. > :03:03.even though she was seven, she was still sneaking

:03:04. > :03:07.The pink bunny has been with Katie since she was 12 days old.

:03:08. > :03:10.Every week when he got her pocket money on the Friday,

:03:11. > :03:13.But she always went back to this one.

:03:14. > :03:16.This was the original and this was the one she always went back to.

:03:17. > :03:18.The pink rabbit stayed with her while she was

:03:19. > :03:21.in the funeral home, and it stayed with her

:04:06. > :04:08.will answer questions from an invited audience.

:04:09. > :04:11.At the last general election in 2015, Leeds was the venue

:04:12. > :04:18.Here's our political reporter James Vincent.

:04:19. > :04:21.Two years ago, Question Time came to Leeds.

:04:22. > :04:23.Three party leaders got it in the neck from Yorkshire voters

:04:24. > :04:27.who weren't standing for any flannel.

:04:28. > :04:30.The question I asked you, I asked you why on earth I should

:04:31. > :04:33.trust the Chancellor - if he worked in the corporate world

:04:34. > :04:35.he would have been fired, and he would not be allowed back

:04:36. > :04:42.You're refusing to give specifics, I find that very, very difficult...

:04:43. > :04:45.Let me answer that. ..very difficult to understand.

:04:46. > :04:50.Your promise on student loans has destroyed your reputation -

:04:51. > :04:53.why would we ever believe anything else you say?

:04:54. > :04:57.Theresa May is being criticised for filling her election events

:04:58. > :05:06.I'm taking part in debates up and down the country,

:05:07. > :05:12.actually taking questions from people, meeting people,

:05:13. > :05:13.getting out and about, and ensuring that I'm talking

:05:14. > :05:18.We chose York for a whole load of reasons.

:05:19. > :05:20.We like to spread these programmes around the country,

:05:21. > :05:24.and York has been a Conservative city and a Labour city over

:05:25. > :05:27.the years, so it felt like a really good opportunity to come to Europe,

:05:28. > :05:30.and we know that we'll get a really good audience.

:05:31. > :05:36.We always do when we bring debate programmes to the north of England.

:05:37. > :05:37.This won't be a debate between the two leaders.

:05:38. > :05:39.They will be onstage separately, with a microphone,

:05:40. > :05:41.face-to-face with the bolshie Yorkshire public.

:05:42. > :05:44.So, if you got the chance to ask Theresa May or Jeremy Corbyn

:05:45. > :05:51.I'd ask about the NHS, and what state it's in.

:05:52. > :05:55.Not just immigration, which is, sort of, the biggest

:05:56. > :05:57.issue on the agenda, but how to tackle

:05:58. > :05:59.the problems we've got facing the young people today.

:06:00. > :06:05.How do we minimise the negative effects of Brexit?

:06:06. > :06:07.What's the plan for the NHS? Yeah?

:06:08. > :06:11.I think I know what the answer's going to be,

:06:12. > :06:15.So, no debate between the parties, but there will be no escaping

:06:16. > :06:26.the tough questions from the Yorkshire public.

:06:27. > :06:31.That viewers will be hoping the politicians do not budge their

:06:32. > :06:37.answers, they often get criticised for that sort of thing on this kind

:06:38. > :06:41.of TV event, and the world's media will be here, never mind Yorkshire's

:06:42. > :06:46.media. Theresa May has made it clear she does not want to do a TV debate

:06:47. > :06:49.will Beyonce separately, Theresa May will Beyonce separately, Theresa May

:06:50. > :06:55.and then Jeremy Corbyn, answering questions from people in York. --

:06:56. > :06:58.they will be onstage separately. We do not know where it will be held

:06:59. > :07:05.yet, there will be plenty places which want to have that. People

:07:06. > :07:09.waving around to see if they can ask a question themselves.

:07:10. > :07:15.James, this will put York at the centre of the election campaign,

:07:16. > :07:19.just days before we go to the polls. Absolutely, York used to be the

:07:20. > :07:23.centre of northern England. Not so much any more but it is the centre

:07:24. > :07:28.of one of the most election -- interesting election battles. North

:07:29. > :07:37.Yorkshire is all conservative, all blue, apart from here, where Labour

:07:38. > :07:41.were elected. The Labour MP has a majority of around 7000, but it is a

:07:42. > :07:44.microcosm of the election campaign, because Labour want to hold onto it

:07:45. > :07:47.but the Conservatives want to make it from them. It'll be interesting

:07:48. > :07:49.to see how Labour performed, and what how will it affect how people

:07:50. > :07:50.vote week later. The Fire Service says a fire

:07:51. > :07:53.at a recycling centre in Rotherham is now under control,

:07:54. > :07:56.but residents are still being urged Up to 500 tonnes of plastic went up

:07:57. > :08:00.in flames at Universal Recycling People were told to stay inside

:08:01. > :08:04.and keep windows and doors closed. The emergency services handed

:08:05. > :08:06.out facemasks at nearby They just popped in and out to make

:08:07. > :08:13.sure we were all right. They have been and escorted parents

:08:14. > :08:16.down to the church when the roads They have escorted children down

:08:17. > :08:19.into nursery, put masks on They have been really,

:08:20. > :08:22.really good and gave We have switched from using foam

:08:23. > :08:27.to water, and we are using copious amounts of water to try to get

:08:28. > :08:30.into the heart of the fire, but it's going to be some time

:08:31. > :08:35.before we get this concluded. One of Yorkshire's Ukip MEPs,

:08:36. > :08:37.Jane Collins, could face bankruptcy after failing to pay hundreds

:08:38. > :08:41.of thousands of pounds in damages She was ordered to pay more

:08:42. > :08:47.than ?350,000 in February after losing a long-running legal

:08:48. > :08:50.battle, but a court heard today that she'd failed to meet

:08:51. > :08:54.a 21-day payment deadline. Ms Collins had been sued for libel

:08:55. > :08:57.by three south Yorkshire MPs, after claiming they'd known

:08:58. > :09:02.about child abuse in Rotherham. Now, if you don't have a head

:09:03. > :09:05.for heights, then turn away now! That's because the UK's highest

:09:06. > :09:07.climbing wall is opening It's taller than the Tower of London

:09:08. > :09:13.and the Angel of the North. Just 18 months ago, it was under

:09:14. > :09:15.eight feet of water, but now this former grain silo

:09:16. > :09:18.will soon be training Now let's take a look

:09:19. > :09:32.at the weather. One athlete who does not have long

:09:33. > :09:37.enough legs for that activity joins me in the studio.

:09:38. > :09:42.I am exhausted... Your legs are not longer.

:09:43. > :09:45.I have legs are similar to a sparrow.

:09:46. > :09:50.For the next 24 hours, cloudy but quiet. The wind will ease, Warner to

:09:51. > :09:55.come over Wednesday and Thursday. Let me show you what will happen.

:09:56. > :09:59.High pressure for much of the week, doesn't look as bad as across Spain

:10:00. > :10:04.and Portugal over the next days. Weather Bush is a crossover Friday,

:10:05. > :10:08.heavy showers and some gardens out there will be very pleased if that

:10:09. > :10:12.materialises. Could be unsettled. Quiet out there with a brisk

:10:13. > :10:16.northerly, and perhaps thicker cloud for the odd light shower, but

:10:17. > :10:23.otherwise dry and with temperatures of about five Celsius. 41

:10:24. > :10:28.Fahrenheit. Elsewhere, bright and sunny, a lot of cloud in general,

:10:29. > :10:32.but as that Breeze continues to use, becoming light and variable later,

:10:33. > :10:37.in the way of cloud breaks... It might be tomorrow evening when we

:10:38. > :10:40.see the best sunshine and blue sky. Temperatures around 13 Celsius. It

:10:41. > :10:45.will be promising late tomorrow afternoon, into tomorrow evening,

:10:46. > :10:49.not bad at all. Tuesday night into Wednesday, a lot of cloud melts

:10:50. > :10:53.away. Buying your first light Wednesday morning, and a light

:10:54. > :10:57.breeze on Wednesday, looking very nice. 16 or 17 Celsius. A fine on

:10:58. > :11:01.Thursday. Uncertain but potential for some rain later on Friday.

:11:02. > :11:03.That's it from me. I leave you with the summary.

:11:04. > :11:09.will become drier and feel warm. Now the National forecast.

:11:10. > :11:18.Good evening. A quiet day on the weather front but we still managed

:11:19. > :11:22.to have some huge contrasts in the weather. This was a beautiful

:11:23. > :11:30.picture from Cumbria, blue skies and crystal clear blue skies in Argyll

:11:31. > :11:34.and Bute but closer to the north coast, it sends shivers down your

:11:35. > :11:39.spine! Chilly and cloudy all along that cost this bank of cloud that

:11:40. > :11:45.sliced the country in half, cool and cloudy to the east and to the West

:11:46. > :11:50.had sunshine. But it still been dry and it will stay that way for most

:11:51. > :11:55.of the week. As we get into Friday, there is some rain on the way. In

:11:56. > :12:00.the short-term, not much happening in the next few hours, quite a bit

:12:01. > :12:01.of cloud in most of England and Wales but many northern and
