:00:47. > :00:49.until Tuesday, and another man who had had an MRI scan cancelled.

:01:24. > :01:24.Now, would you swap votes with someone living in another area

:01:25. > :01:24.That's what's happening in York, with just four weeks to go before

:01:25. > :01:25.Labour and Liberal Democrat supporters from neighbouring

:01:26. > :01:28.constituencies in the city are making voting deals to try

:01:29. > :01:30.and boost the chances of the pro-European candidates.

:02:02. > :02:04.up for it and thought that is fantastic, I can

:02:05. > :02:09.make my vote count and in this situation we both get what we want.

:02:10. > :02:14.I would never have tactically voted, the only reason I'm doing this

:02:57. > :03:00.the Conservatives were around 6,500 votes behind but they want this seat

:03:01. > :03:10.But vote swapping is not supported by Labour and the Lib Dems.

:03:11. > :03:14.I would approach it with a great deal of scepticism because one

:03:15. > :03:17.of the great things about having the right to vote, the freedom

:03:18. > :03:20.to vote is you have your own personal conscience and can make

:03:21. > :03:24.up your mind based on lots of different factors.

:03:25. > :03:26.Personally I don't like it very much.

:03:27. > :03:29.I think the idea of voting for the least worst candidate

:03:30. > :03:35.is a kind of contradiction of what democracy should be about.

:06:33. > :06:43.Good evening. A decent weekend weather-wise with dry and bright

:06:44. > :06:47.weather on both days and most of the rain will fall overnight. A lot of

:06:48. > :06:51.clout out there at the moment and damp and drizzly conditions

:06:52. > :06:54.developing in the Pennine chain and further east via conditions and

:06:55. > :06:57.breaks in the far east, with temperatures dropping no lower than

:06:58. > :07:02.nine or 10 degrees, so another mile like to come. A lot of cloud to come

:07:03. > :07:06.tomorrow and we have drizzle for a time and anywhere could catch the

:07:07. > :07:17.odd shower into the early afternoon. We could see very hit and miss and

:07:18. > :07:19.in the afternoon it brightens up with decent sunny spells developing,

:08:02. > :08:10.weather we have had. It brightened up into the afternoon, early

:08:11. > :08:15.evening. The north-east of Scotland and England have extensive low

:08:16. > :08:18.cloud, missed, fog. If you showers getting into the south coast by the

:08:19. > :08:24.end of the night. It is not a cold night. Into the morning, many

:08:25. > :08:29.Southern counties will do quite well. There is the chance of a

:08:30. > :08:31.shower or two, most of them are gone by
