:00:48. > :00:51.Jack and Paul Throssell died in October two years ago

:00:52. > :00:54.during an access visit to their father Darren Sykes

:00:55. > :00:59.Sykes killed himself alongside his sons.

:01:04. > :01:06.Jack Throssell, who was 12, and his nine-year-old brother Paul

:01:07. > :01:09.were lured to their death by their father Darren.

:01:10. > :01:13.He took them to the attic of his house in Penistone to see

:01:14. > :01:16.a new model train set, but Sykes set fire to the house

:01:17. > :01:21.and blocked the three of them in the burning attic.

:01:22. > :01:26.I had flagged it up to everybody - social services, Cafcass,

:01:27. > :01:31.The judge was aware as well, and it is actually in my court case

:01:32. > :01:33.that I said I thought he would either kill

:01:34. > :01:43.He'd threatened to commit suicide a couple of months earlier,

:01:44. > :01:48.and he just wasn't in the right place at the time to have

:01:49. > :01:54.Claire Throssell says her sons had never enjoyed their visits

:01:55. > :01:59.She says judges should be made to listen more directly

:02:00. > :02:04.to the feelings of children when deciding who has access to them

:02:05. > :02:08.This afternoon, Claire will take the petition to Downing Street,

:02:09. > :02:13.signed by more than 40,000 people, demanding a change to family law.

:02:14. > :02:17.What we need to do is to make sure children are at the heart

:02:18. > :02:19.of every decision made, and that they are

:02:20. > :02:25.Jack never had his voice heard until he was in the fire

:02:26. > :02:27.and he said to the firemen, my dad did this and

:02:28. > :02:33.Claire Throssell has been a strong campaigner for more changes ever

:02:34. > :02:38.since she suffered the tragic death of her sons in Penistone.

:02:39. > :02:42.The children's voices must always be heard in these cases,

:02:43. > :02:44.and their wishes and feelings must be taken into account.

:02:45. > :02:47.This afternoon, she takes that campaign just one step further.

:03:35. > :03:37.The officers jumped into the icy water to free the woman and child.

:04:35. > :04:37.we have got a range of kids with different abilities.

:04:38. > :04:39.We have able-bodied, we have SEN,

:04:40. > :04:41.and we have physically disabled as well...

:04:42. > :04:44.So they are all here and all playing together,

:04:45. > :04:47.all on a level playing field and competing together.

:04:48. > :04:50.And you did not have this sort of opportunity

:04:51. > :04:54.No, I spent two hours a week in the library instead of PE,

:04:55. > :05:00.So, yeah, I know that sport can be inclusive,

:05:01. > :05:05.Why is it so important for children of different backgrounds

:05:06. > :05:07.to have a go at sports, and also together?

:05:08. > :05:11.You learn so many different skills, the life skills that

:05:12. > :05:13.you need to succeed, and through it you can teach

:05:14. > :05:18.things like confidence, togetherness, inclusivity...

:05:19. > :05:20.We are breaking down barriers here by getting
