:00:15. > :00:16.It's thought Samia Shahid was the victim of an honour killing.

:00:17. > :00:18.Her husband and father are already in custody.

:00:19. > :00:25.28-year-old Samia Shahid, a beautician from Bradford,

:00:26. > :00:30.died whilst visiting relatives in Pakistan in July.

:00:31. > :00:33.Initially, it was claimed she'd died of a heart attack,

:00:34. > :00:38.but a postmortem test later confirmed she'd been strangled.

:00:39. > :00:42.Her second husband, Mukhtar Kazim, said she'd been killed

:00:43. > :00:45.because her family disapproved of their marriage.

:00:46. > :00:49.Today in Pakistan, Samia's first husband and her father made

:00:50. > :00:52.a further appearance in court in connection with her death,

:00:53. > :00:56.although no charges have yet been brought.

:00:57. > :00:57.The court has now issued formal arrest warrants

:00:58. > :01:02.for Imtiaz BiBi and Madiha Shahid, Samia's mother and sister, who are

:01:03. > :01:08.The women have already been identified by the court

:01:09. > :01:10.as proclaimed offenders, meaning they're suspected

:01:11. > :01:16.There was no reply at the Shahid home this afternoon when I knocked

:01:17. > :01:23.The family have always denidd any involvement in Samia's death.

:01:24. > :01:25.Meanwhile, the local MP, Naz Shah, has called

:01:26. > :01:30.on the family to cooperate with authorities in Pakistan.

:01:31. > :01:34.The arrest warrants haven't come as a shock because we've already

:01:35. > :01:38.been aware that the Pakistani authorities wanted to questhon both

:01:39. > :01:44.What I would really welcome is the family making

:01:45. > :01:47.themselves available to assist with the inquiry,

:01:48. > :01:51.to make sure that justice is served for Samia.

:01:52. > :01:54.If the women travel to Pakistan they will be arrested.

:01:55. > :01:58.No extradition treaty exists between Pakistan and the UK so it

:01:59. > :02:07.could be several months before any formal action takes place.

:02:08. > :02:10.Further tributes have been paid to a schoolboy from South Yorkshire

:02:11. > :02:13.who died in a garden shed fhre earlier this week.

:02:14. > :02:16.The teenager, named locally as 13-year-old Jack Sheldon,

:02:17. > :02:19.died in the fire in Campsall near Doncaster on Thursday dvening.

:02:20. > :02:22.Police and fire investigators are still trying to establish

:02:23. > :02:28.the cause of the tragedy and have yet to formally identify thd body.

:02:29. > :02:31.A 19-year-old man has pleaddd guilty to an arson attack that caused half

:02:36. > :02:38.Elliott Hague from Beighton appeared at Sheffield Crown Court yesterday

:02:39. > :02:42.and admitted to causing the fire at Bizzy Bees Nursery last November.
