:00:20. > :00:22.A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

:00:23. > :00:27.24 hours after police were called to Harehills Lane in Leeds,

:00:28. > :00:31.There are several police cars in the area,

:00:32. > :00:36.but in the tightly-packed grid of residential streets,

:00:37. > :00:42.rippling out from where the 16-year-old boy was stabbed.

:00:43. > :00:43.A white tent stands isolated, marking the centre

:00:44. > :00:49.The victim was taken to hospital, but died a short time later.

:00:50. > :00:51.There is a distinct air of quiet unease amongst the shopkeepers

:00:52. > :00:56.and residents who work and live here.

:00:57. > :00:59.Actually, about four o'clock, when the police came here, so...

:01:03. > :01:04.so I don't know what's happening, I know this is somebody

:01:05. > :01:07.from around just here and they've been stabbed, so...

:01:13. > :01:15.Detectives have taken an unusual step - not just asking

:01:16. > :01:18.for the help of witnesses, but looking for people

:01:19. > :01:22.who may have recorded a video of what happened on their phones.

:01:25. > :01:33.It is the second time in less than a month that violence

:01:34. > :01:37.19-year-old Rahim Wilkes was shot dead outside a barber's shop

:01:38. > :01:40.less than a mile away on the 26th of January.

:01:41. > :01:43.Police have said the two cases are not linked.

:01:44. > :01:45.As this investigation continues, the Leeds District Commander

:01:46. > :01:48.for West Yorkshire Police has taken to Twitter.

:04:07. > :04:09.this is where we could see accumulations of snow and we may

:04:10. > :04:11.well see between 10 and 15 centimetres overnight,

:04:12. > :04:14.so we do have a warning out there for the Pennines for this.

:04:15. > :04:16.But overnight temperatures in towns and in cities down

:04:17. > :04:19.at about one or two Celsius, so we shouldn't see too much

:04:20. > :04:21.frost or ice first thing, just a very cloudy, cold,

:04:22. > :04:23.gloomy kind of start, with further wintry outbreaks

:04:24. > :04:26.spreading in from the east and the risk of seeing

:04:27. > :04:28.further snow as well, just on the highest of ground.

:04:29. > :04:32.Temperatures tomorrow really struggling, only up

:04:33. > :04:35.at about three or four Celsius, and we factor in this really quite

:04:36. > :04:37.strong easterly breeze, that's going to really take

:04:38. > :04:40.Probably feeling more like one or two, but the temperatures

:04:41. > :04:43.are slowly on their way up as we head through to

:04:44. > :04:48.By Monday, Tuesday, they could be up at about five or six and,

:04:49. > :04:50.by midweek onwards, we could be seeing them in double figures.
