:22:33. > :22:39.other in the County Championship, good to see. His team`mates believe
:22:40. > :22:43.there is plenty more to come this season.
:22:44. > :22:49.You cannot beat it in the sunshine. For the last month,
:22:50. > :22:51.the International Dance Festival in Birmingham has been showcasing
:22:52. > :22:54.the work of artists from As the festival draws to
:22:55. > :22:58.a close this week, a free outdoor event is going to be staged right
:22:59. > :23:02.in the heart of the city centre. Our arts reporter Satnam Rana
:23:03. > :23:04.has been to rehearsals. If you're in
:23:05. > :23:06.Birmingham?s Victoria Square Even the daytime rehearsals
:23:07. > :23:26.have been impressive enough to I thought it was good. Fantastic. I
:23:27. > :23:30.would rather than be doing this than causing trouble on the streets. All
:23:31. > :23:32.of the culture has come together, peace and harmony.
:23:33. > :23:40.This is B Town, a free outdoor production.
:23:41. > :23:48.It is rooted in the city. This production is set in a Birmingham of
:23:49. > :23:52.the future. It is very related to that idea.
:23:53. > :23:54.The show sees dancers from Birmingham, South Korea
:23:55. > :24:04.We spread our language through our dance and movement. It automatically
:24:05. > :24:05.attracts people. We want to spread the right information and positive
:24:06. > :24:07.energy to everybody. But it?s not just the language
:24:08. > :24:10.of dance that?s rubbing off on the performers and it seems it?s
:24:11. > :24:20.not just dancing that?s rubbing Birmingham's accent is rubbing off
:24:21. > :24:31.on me. Oh, my goodness. Give us some Brummie! All right, then. I would
:24:32. > :24:38.like a cup of tea. Stick to dancing! This is the finale event. Bringing
:24:39. > :24:42.international artists into the city, showcasing their talent. And as you
:24:43. > :24:45.can see, there is something quite infectious about it.
:24:46. > :24:47.So, over the next few nights at 9.30pm
:24:48. > :24:52.Victoria Square will be lit up with a performance full of soul,
:24:53. > :25:13.Wow. Another fabulous day. I have a hint of dread about this forecast.
:25:14. > :25:24.There are some good bits to it. We have got quite a few showers over
:25:25. > :25:28.the weekend. It appears now that the frequency of the showers will be
:25:29. > :25:32.dying down as the weekend goes on. Monday will be the best. Saturday
:25:33. > :25:37.the wettest day. It will be generally warm. However, it is the
:25:38. > :25:41.immediate future that will pose problems. The entire southern half
:25:42. > :25:45.of the region comes under the umbrella of this warning coming into
:25:46. > :25:49.force from midnight and through tomorrow as well. This is for
:25:50. > :25:53.between 20 and 30 millimetres of rain falling within a short space of
:25:54. > :25:59.time. That is the worst`case scenario. Likely to lead to standing
:26:00. > :26:05.water causing problems on the roads during rush hour. This crossbow
:26:06. > :26:10.formation of fronts is propelling the rain into our direction and it
:26:11. > :26:14.is governed by low`pressure which will heighten the activity. Tonight
:26:15. > :26:18.we are starting off with clear skies. This evening the cloud will
:26:19. > :26:22.thicken. Later on, after midnight, the rain will arrive from the
:26:23. > :26:26.south`east and you can see most of it is covered by these darker shades
:26:27. > :26:30.of blue. Worst`case scenario, the bright green and yellow which is
:26:31. > :26:37.where the heaviest of the downpours occur. It will be fairly mild to
:26:38. > :26:42.night. It is tonight that bears the brunt of most of this rain and also
:26:43. > :26:46.tomorrow morning but after that we are going to see a raft of fairly
:26:47. > :26:51.heavy lively potent showers packing a punch. They will break out during
:26:52. > :26:55.the course of the afternoon. There is a lot of cloud in between, very
:26:56. > :27:02.brief spells of brightness or sunshine. Temperatures down to 16,
:27:03. > :27:06.17 degrees. The showers will die out tomorrow night and the cloud will
:27:07. > :27:07.break and slightly cooler conditions. Showers after that for
:27:08. > :27:16.Friday and Saturday. Public funding is to be withdrawn
:27:17. > :27:21.from the Police Federation for England and Wales.
:27:22. > :27:24.Fears tonight that an arson attack that destroyed a community arts
:27:25. > :27:27.centre in Birmingham was racially motivated.
:27:28. > :27:32.An appeal for your World Cup stories before we go. 22 days until the big
:27:33. > :27:40.kick`off in Brazil. Are you going? Are you a Brazilian expat? Are you
:27:41. > :27:43.from another competing nation and living here? Please get in touch.
:27:44. > :27:56.That was Midlands Today. Goodbye. that is to find that one item
:27:57. > :28:01.that's going to change their life. Flames are beautiful. Made
:28:02. > :28:05.nice money, that did. Nice money.
