:01:04. > :01:06.Lloyd Butler's condition evdry fifteen minutes,
:01:07. > :01:09.but CCTV footage showed thel looking on the internet, including
:01:10. > :01:16.The inquest heard they also joked and insulted him.
:01:17. > :01:19.Until nearly 40 minutes after he was last checked, Lr Butler
:01:20. > :01:27.The jury found that Lloyd Bttler died from a cardiac arrest related
:01:28. > :01:30.to underlying problems causdd by alcohol.
:01:31. > :01:33.But they concluded that he should not have been detained in ctstody,
:01:34. > :01:38.and, that had he been in hospital, the probability was that he was
:01:39. > :01:44.The coroner Louise Hunt said she remained concerned about conduct in
:01:45. > :01:49.custody suites and would be sending a report to West Midlands Police.
:01:50. > :01:52.They helped to bring out the truth in all of this.
