:01:11. > :01:15.Speaking on the Sunday Politics, the Shadow Housing Minister said

:01:20. > :01:22.We're not even building half the number of homes that we need to keep

:01:23. > :01:25.up with demand, and actually there's been decades now of under`supply

:01:26. > :01:28.of housing, but unfortunately under this Government they've presided

:01:29. > :01:32.over the lowest level of house building since the 1920s.

:01:33. > :01:34.We've had 450,000 new homes built in the last four years,

:01:35. > :01:38.If you talk to builders right now, they're operating flat out.

:01:39. > :01:44.The building of new homes and estates is often proving to be

:03:34. > :03:38.Today it's quite hard to believe that
