:01:12. > :01:14.You'd be surprised how many people are happy to go into a scrapyard

:01:15. > :01:17.and give their photographic identification and try to sell them

:01:18. > :01:23.stolen metal, thinking they will never get caught.

:01:24. > :01:27.We are catching these criminals and prosecuting them.

:01:34. > :01:37.Money was put in here, it was sent through these tubes and they

:01:38. > :01:42.But due to the changes in law, everything is now done by computer,

:01:43. > :01:45.In fact, this system has become so successful,

:01:46. > :01:58.It really changes us and puts us, we are not a backward industry.

:01:59. > :02:01.We feel we have really come to the forefront of modern business.

:02:02. > :02:04.Police say they'll continue to work closely with the scrap metal trade

:02:05. > :02:07.and any firm found flouting the new law will risk losing

:02:31. > :02:36.A third person's been charged with the murder of a 28`year`old man

:02:37. > :02:41.Father of four Ikram Khan was stabbed

:02:42. > :02:44.in the neck during a disturbance on Stratford Road in Sparkbrook.

:02:45. > :02:49.The man, who's 25, is due in court tomorrow.

:03:13. > :03:17.in this setting, with a car for every year of production on show.

:03:18. > :03:19.She was registered in September 1914.

:03:20. > :03:21.She's only got two gears, no reverse.

:03:22. > :03:25.If you see someone's driveway which goes uphill, then you just

:03:26. > :03:28.ease up it and float back. Fantastic.

:03:29. > :03:36.Roger Orford bought his 1925 Morgan for ?25.

:03:37. > :03:40.I used to drive it from home in Stourbridge, the town I lived in, to

:03:41. > :03:44.the technical college when I was 16 with another schoolmate in the front

:03:45. > :03:49.and if we were lucky we would bring two girls back from school at night.

:03:50. > :03:52.Over the years, the cars have developed, although

:03:53. > :03:58.And this is the latest model, a centenary special edition,

:03:59. > :04:05.Only 60 have been built and they cost ?70,000.

:04:06. > :04:09.The Morgan's been part of hill climb competitions and a firm favourite

:04:10. > :04:14.Jill Price's grandfather Harry made the first Morgan

:04:19. > :04:22.He made this little three`wheeler runabout and

:04:23. > :04:28.his sister Dot liked it so much, she thought, "Could you make me one?"

:04:29. > :04:34.So he made her one and then he started production after that.

:04:35. > :04:38.Little did Harry Morgan know that years later, so many enthusiasts
