:00:28. > :00:34.Well, negotiations apparently have been taking place for the p`st month

:00:35. > :00:38.to get to this point, which is a two`year deal for the Sky Blues to

:00:39. > :00:44.return to Coventry, with thd option of an extra two years after that.

:00:45. > :00:56.The Chairman of ACL, which owns the Ricoh, says ht's fair

:00:57. > :00:58.to both sides, finally ending years of arguing about money.

:01:03. > :01:05.City fans have been forced to give up their Saturday afternoon ritual.

:01:06. > :01:07.Furious at the team being uprooted to Northampton, they preferred to

:01:08. > :01:18.protest on the hill outside than pass through the turnstiles.

:01:19. > :01:29.I get all the frustration and anger, I do apologise sincerely for

:01:30. > :01:33.everything that I may have hnflicted on the fans, but that is done, it is

:01:34. > :01:37.It's a row which has blightdd Coventry for the past two ydars

:01:38. > :01:39.The club's owners, Sisu, stopped paying rent on the

:01:40. > :01:42.Ricoh Arena in March 2012, claiming it was far too high.

:01:43. > :01:47.Then in March 2013 Sisu put the part of the club which was the official

:01:48. > :01:51.Two months later, Coventry City announced thex had no

:01:52. > :01:55.future at the Ricoh and began the move to North`mpton.

:01:56. > :02:03.Now, though, the Sky Blues are coming back.

:02:04. > :02:11.The deal is fair and council taxpayers and everyone conndcted.

:02:12. > :02:16.This is a deal that will benefit the city of Coventry and the supporters.

:02:17. > :02:19.With the deal for a maximum of four years it's clear th`t

:02:20. > :02:22.long`term Coventry City still want to move, but for now at least,

:02:23. > :02:25.the fans will be able to cole down off the hill again.

:02:29. > :02:38.I think at times it seemed like it would never happen, but those of us

:02:39. > :02:42.who have been campaigning always had faith this was the right thhng, that

:02:43. > :02:48.Coventry had to return to the city of Coventry. It has been a day of

:02:49. > :02:53.emotion. A colleague told md they had been in tears all day. They felt

:02:54. > :03:00.they had had part of their life back. What about Coventry itself?

:03:01. > :03:07.The economics of the area. Ht will have an impact on taxi drivdrs,

:03:08. > :03:10.clubs, pubs, food outlets, but also there is the effect of people the

:03:11. > :03:20.world over are seeing this state of the art stadium, and also showing

:04:50. > :04:52.Traders in a Birmingham subtrb say their community is in decline `

:04:58. > :05:04.Barbara and Bob Nolan run a thriving cafe in Stirchlex.

:05:08. > :05:10.A clause in their lease means they face having to move out to lake way

:05:11. > :05:20.for Tesco ` even though it's unclear when the store will be built:

:06:18. > :06:29.A spokesman said they hoped to bring `` start demolition work in the

:06:30. > :06:36.autumn, and that they would update the community.
