:00:49. > :00:50.In June, an injunction was hssued against Mr Yaqub

:00:51. > :00:53.for allegedly harassing and intimidating staff,

:00:54. > :01:02.for damages of between ?50,000 and ?100,000.

:01:03. > :01:05.The whole of this case and all of the stuff

:01:06. > :01:08.that they put in the applic`tion, right, is bogus.

:01:09. > :01:12.And the more that some people in Birmingham City Council do this,

:01:13. > :01:15.the more it demonstrates to the public

:01:16. > :01:17.that they are the ones who `re harassing and intimidating

:01:18. > :01:21.not just me but all other chtizens not to dare to question, right,

:01:22. > :01:25.the abuse of power and the waste of taxpayers' money

:01:26. > :01:32.that they are doing by bringing this case.

:01:33. > :01:36.of any particular institution in the city,

:01:37. > :01:38.particularly when it belongs to the people,

:01:39. > :01:40.and we must cater, at the end of the day,

:01:41. > :01:43.for the best interest of those children in those schools,

:01:44. > :01:45.and it's incumbent on the local authority

:01:46. > :01:49.The new academic year starts in a week's time,

:01:50. > :01:52.and it's likely the new board of governors will have its work cut out

:01:53. > :01:56.trying to turn the school around and pull it out of special leasures.

:01:57. > :02:01.it's unable to comment on ongoing legal proceedings.

:02:21. > :02:26.The arrival of tiny feet is meant to bring joy and h`ppiness,

:02:57. > :03:00.who themselves had battled postnatal depression.

:03:01. > :03:04.It's now expanding into south and central Birmingham and

:03:05. > :03:08.needs around 50 volunteers to train as what they call befrienders.

:03:09. > :03:10.They have an understanding of the illness, they also h`ve

:03:11. > :03:17.a compassionate heart and the ability to be able to lhsten.

:03:18. > :03:19.But being listened to isn't the only answer.

:03:20. > :03:23.Sophia Cooper put on five stone during her postnatal depression

:03:24. > :03:26.She found part of the answer was exercise.

:03:27. > :03:28.She eventually left her job as a bank manager

:03:29. > :03:32.and now runs special fitness classes for mums and their babies.

:03:33. > :03:35.Actually doing 30 minutes of good exercise is going to

:03:36. > :03:37.help build endorphins in thd body, which will lift the mood.

:03:38. > :03:41.But the beauty of a group lhke this is that you've got support `s well.

:03:42. > :03:46.GPs are now offering free 12`week referrals.

:03:47. > :03:49.Although postnatal depression affects one in ten mums,

:03:50. > :03:52.happily, most of them come through it.

:04:45. > :04:48.to recreate a Cup Final match played on this pitch 97 years ago,

:04:49. > :04:51.and it was kicked off by another pioneering woman,

:04:52. > :04:55.the city's first female council leader.

:04:56. > :04:58.Tens of thousands of women came to Coventry from all over the country,

:04:59. > :05:03.to come down and work in the munitions factories.

:05:04. > :05:07.It was long hours, very dangerous work and in difficult conditions.

:05:08. > :05:10.And they found time on a Saturday afternoon

:05:11. > :05:17.are representing the Rudge`Whitworth team,

:05:18. > :05:21.who worked at the munitions factory just over in the city centrd.

:05:22. > :05:27.This photo was studied carefully to recreate the strips.

:05:28. > :05:30.and they were particularly long and baggy,

:05:31. > :05:33.because it was unseemly for ladies to show their thhghs

:05:34. > :05:36.And it was a very special d`y for one woman.
