:02:37. > :02:41.the hallway of the family home was quickly put out by firefighters and
:02:42. > :02:49.neighbours described how thdy were woken up by the commotion at a

:02:54. > :02:58.terrible, I can still hear ht now. I came out, blue lights and all I saw
:02:59. > :03:03.was the mum who was uncontrollable. In shock. The two children were on
:03:04. > :03:09.the grass and the firemen wdre working on them, doing CPR. The
:03:10. > :03:13.mother wasn't injured but the children were pronounced de`d at
:03:14. > :03:16.hospital. Friends of the falily struggled to come to terms with the
:03:17. > :03:25.tragedy as detectives launched a criminal investigation. Just
:03:26. > :03:31.devastating. Absolutely. Thdre are no words for it. 40 miles away, less
:03:32. > :03:36.than three hours later, a fhre damaged car was found in Newcastle
:03:37. > :03:39.and underline. A man, believed to be the children's father, was with the
:03:40. > :03:44.vehicle. He had suffered crhtical injuries. We believe these hncidents
:03:45. > :03:48.are connected. We're not looking for anyone else in in connection with
