:01:36. > :01:38.Alison Caine, from Wheaton Aston, hid for three and half hours
:01:39. > :01:40.with her husband Baron in their hotel room,
:01:41. > :01:44.Along the corridor and outside gunmen were on the rampage -
:01:45. > :01:48.killing 38 people, 30 of them British tourists.
:01:49. > :01:50.As the inquests into their deaths begin, Alison has described
:01:51. > :01:54.the sheer panic she felt on that day, and her doubts
:01:55. > :01:57.anyone will truly be held accountable for what happened.
:01:58. > :02:07.She's been speaking to our reporter Ben Godfrey.
:02:08. > :02:15.We started hearing screams. People were running. Barron said, just run
:02:16. > :02:22.as fast as you can and get to the room. The gunfire was very rapid,
:02:23. > :02:24.there were grenades going off. It was like a complete war zone.
:02:25. > :02:28.Alison and Baron Caine were just four days into their summer holiday.
:02:29. > :02:30.Their instincts to barricade themselves inside their room
:02:31. > :02:39.at the Imperial Hotel probably saved their lives.
:02:40. > :02:46.We had a knock on the door, a manually Tunisia next and said he
:02:47. > :02:49.had our room key. At that point we looked at each other and we just
:02:50. > :02:51.thought, this is it. We're going to die.
:02:52. > :02:53.Outside the hotel, Sayfedeen Rezgee pulled
:02:54. > :02:57.a Kalashnikov from a parasol he'd been carrying and killed 38 people.
:02:58. > :03:05.So-called Islamic State claimed responsibilty.
:03:06. > :03:09.It took the authorities roughly 40 minutes to get to us.
:03:10. > :03:12.Among the dead - Joel Richards, his uncle Adrian Evans and grandad
:03:13. > :03:19.Patrick Evans from Wednesbury, along with Sue Davey from Tamworth.
:03:20. > :03:25.Previous years, they have been four guards on the front gate. There was
:03:26. > :03:29.one sting on the back gate to the beach, that year, there was one
:03:30. > :03:31.guard on the front gate and no other gods.
:03:32. > :03:34.The inquests will look at what, if anything, the UK government
:03:35. > :03:36.and travel companies knew about the risk of an attack
:03:37. > :03:40.Three months earlier 22 people were killed in an attack
:03:41. > :03:47.on the Bardo National Museum in Tunis.
:03:48. > :03:52.When you were heading out there on this holiday, were you given any

:04:40. > :04:48.And Ben joins me now, the inquests got underway in London today,
:04:49. > :04:51.but this will be quite a long process?
:04:52. > :05:00.It is seven weeks, the tone was said this morning when we had a minutes
:05:01. > :05:06.silence in court for the 30 victims. You could hear a pin drop, I was
:05:07. > :05:09.told. Room was packed, live video feeds were coming to court, for
:05:10. > :05:14.those who couldn't make it, the coroner will hear from officials
:05:15. > :05:18.from the Foreign Office and the parent company which sold many of
:05:19. > :05:26.these holidays. Did they get the advice right, is the question. What
:05:27. > :05:29.a day here today? The most galling thing for the families was that the
:05:30. > :05:34.Tunisian enforcement unit deliberately delayed their arrival
:05:35. > :05:41.as the gunman was gunning down the holiday-makers. The QC said they had
:05:42. > :05:43.the opportunity to put an end to the attack but were wasting their
:05:44. > :05:45.The gunman was shot dead three The gunman was shot dead three
:05:46. > :05:51.kilometres after he was dropped off, because there was a digital
:05:52. > :05:57.reconstruction of his movements. Horrific detail, where the bodies
:05:58. > :06:01.were found to stop Joe Richards, the youngest British picked him, 19

:06:05. > :06:10.pool. This is hugely distressing for the families. The youngest son of
:06:11. > :06:17.victims to debut tweeted, words cannot sum up our day watching this

:06:21. > :06:22.A BBC investigation has found that medicines -
:06:23. > :06:25.prescribed to NHS patients - are being sold on the black market
:06:26. > :06:28.Anti-depressants and expensive arthritis injections were among
:06:29. > :06:31.the drugs sold to a BBC undercover reporter- by patients
:06:32. > :06:45.I am at Corley services on the M6 near Coventry waiting to do a drugs
:06:46. > :06:49.deal with a difference. The man I have arranged to meet is selling an
:06:50. > :06:51.expensive prescription only medicine, prescribed to him and paid
:06:52. > :07:00.for by the NHS. It is used to for by the NHS. It is used to
:07:01. > :07:04.prescribe arthritis. He has prescribed a box every four weeks
:07:05. > :07:06.which costs the NHS almost ?10,000 a year. But what he doesn't use, he
:07:07. > :07:17.sells on. And he's not alone. This man sells
:07:18. > :07:23.his NHS prescription drugs from his kitchen.
:07:24. > :07:33.He is selling a perception only treatment for impotence. --
:07:34. > :07:34.prescription only. He says he no longer uses the drug but still
:07:35. > :07:47.receives repeat productions. He says he receives four boxes a
:07:48. > :07:53.the NHS around ?500. It is illegal the NHS around ?500. It is illegal
:07:54. > :07:59.to sell on construction only medicines but plenty of patients are
:08:00. > :08:02.doing just that. These are just a few of the perception that have
:08:03. > :08:06.purchased, everything from prescription toothpaste to
:08:07. > :08:10.antidepressants and high end drugs, prescribed in good faith by the NHS
:08:11. > :08:14.to patients who are illegally selling them on. Patients like the
:08:15. > :08:19.man selling the impotence drug. It told me he knows what he's doing is
:08:20. > :08:23.wrong but his customers are patients too embarrassed to see their own
:08:24. > :08:26.doctor. As for the motorway Menkov I have arranged to buy more drugs but
:08:27. > :08:32.this time I'm not bringing cash, just cameras.
:08:33. > :08:35.I'm a reporter for the BBC, trying to find out why you are selling NHS
:08:36. > :08:45.prescriptions? Why you doing that? So no response. But moments later he
:08:46. > :08:54.gives me a call. So you won't be selling

:15:49. > :15:51.managed to talk to three people and prevent them from taking their own
:15:52. > :15:57.lives, which if you are asked to do that, why wouldn't you? Indeed.
:15:58. > :16:03.Happily, last year no one along this line lost their lives, but there
:16:04. > :16:08.work called, which might have led to work called, which might have led to

:16:13. > :16:16.they thought of this idea. If they want to help people out and talk to

:16:33. > :16:38.feelings but with these people, they will feel more comfortable to talk

:16:42. > :16:46.police, you're not wearing a uniform, you are not the police,
:16:47. > :16:51.does that make a difference? Police can be frightening to people, we
:16:52. > :16:56.don't have that threat, we are just there to give the love of God to the
:16:57. > :17:01.people we meet. The police are here tonight, they reckon they intervene
:17:02. > :17:03.and save lives on 80 occasions last year, rail pastors hope to spread
:17:04. > :17:08.the safety net wider. A third of bus lanes are being
:17:09. > :17:11.scrapped in Coventry from today, The city is the first
:17:12. > :17:16.in the Midlands to open up The council also believes it
:17:17. > :17:19.will reduce pollution But not everyone is happy with
