:02:04. > :02:07.out. Lives lost a few hours earlier in an incident that sent shock waves
:02:08. > :02:11.through the local community. West Midlands Police say an armed
:02:12. > :02:18.officers initially went into the flat in used a teaser but that was
:02:19. > :02:24.ineffective so they requested armed officers who used stun grenades to
:02:25. > :02:28.distract the gunmen -- the knifeman. No shots were fired. Police say they
:02:29. > :02:33.found a man in his 30s who had stabbed his sister to death and
:02:34. > :02:39.critically injured his mother. It is understood he turned the nave on
:02:40. > :02:44.himself and died a short time later. I want to stress that the man was
:02:45. > :02:49.armed so we had to act quickly and officers did that. As a result of
:02:50. > :02:54.that, two officers have been injured, one has a stab wound to the
:02:55. > :03:02.arm from the suspect and the other has a leg injury after being chased
:03:03. > :03:06.by the suspect. We believe those injuries are minor. The mother of
:03:07. > :03:08.the suspect who is 59 was taken to hospital with serious stomach
:03:09. > :03:11.injuries and underwent surgery this afternoon. This woman lives in the
:03:12. > :03:19.blog and is shocked by what happened. It is still frightening
:03:20. > :03:27.and worrying, the fact that two people have died. Just there. It is
:03:28. > :03:31.still a shock, a big shock. Are you thinking of moving now? Yes, I

:05:34. > :05:36.Police say they're not looking for anyone else
:05:37. > :05:40.Police raided three locations in Burton upon Trent today as part
:05:41. > :05:44.Two people were arrested and two women were referred to support
:05:45. > :05:46.services for people suspected of being victims of modern slavery.

:08:33. > :08:34.Police and Crime Panel we not get. Is the Chancellor actually ignoring

:08:42. > :08:46.down sharply, 20% less crime in almost every part of the country.
