:00:29. > :00:35.West Midlands Police tell us there were called here to the Henley Road

:00:36. > :00:41.just off the junction with the old Church Road at around four o'clock

:00:45. > :00:53.evening. The area was sealed off hours. This is not officially

:00:54. > :00:59.confirmed but many of the pdople I have spoken to locally belidve the

:01:00. > :01:00.young girl has died but certainly no official confirmation from the

:01:01. > :01:01.police of that. What's been the reaction

:01:02. > :01:11.from people living in the area? Within the last hour and few

:01:12. > :01:16.minutes, many people have started to bring flowers hereto seen. There

:01:17. > :01:22.were tears and a few childrdn who tied these flowers to the r`iling. I

:01:23. > :01:26.spoke to one woman called Claudia who told me what she saw earlier.

:01:27. > :01:29.Loads of ambulance, police, fire engines and a lot of people just

:01:30. > :01:31.hanging around to find out what is happening.

:01:32. > :01:33.The thing is, a lot of

:01:34. > :01:34.accidents have been happening around you.

:01:35. > :01:35.It's happened to me, it's

:01:36. > :01:38.The police have to do something about it.

:02:57. > :02:58.club remained closed and we safeguarded the girls who worked

:03:10. > :03:21.The Libra Club was owned by 66 year old Achilleos Neophytou -

:03:22. > :03:24.who left the fish and chip shop trade to open massage parlotrs.

:03:25. > :03:26.His son Stephanos ran day-to-day operations -

:03:27. > :03:29.After pleading guilty to running a brothel last month,

:03:30. > :03:32.Neophytu senior told Midlands Today he'd merely been a 'public servant'.

:03:33. > :03:51.Greece was running out of money and we lend them to Tsipras.

:03:52. > :03:53.The authorities aren't convinced his so-called bushness has

:03:54. > :03:59.We will seek to recover that money under the proceeds of crime act and

:04:00. > :04:07.if they fail to pay it back it will mean their sentences are increased.

:06:45. > :06:46.by a company, Butterfly Ventures, based in the tax haven

:06:47. > :06:53.I am surprised it is not national health,

:06:54. > :06:58.I did not realise things got privatised out.

:07:06. > :07:10.Butterfly Ventures based in this tropical paradise

:07:11. > :07:14.bought Malling Health for ?6.2m last year

:07:15. > :07:18.through one of its companies - IMH Group.

:07:19. > :07:21.When Malling Health was bought, it had loans of nearly

:07:22. > :07:23.?4m with two high street Banks, Lloyds and Santander.

:07:24. > :07:25.Interest on these was paid at less than %.

:07:26. > :07:28.These were paid off and loans arranged with an interest r`te

:07:29. > :07:32.of 20% with David Hudaly and Butterfly Ventures therdby

:07:33. > :07:38.moving money out of the UK tax area and into a tax haven.

:07:39. > :07:40.So both very high rates of interest which is

:07:41. > :07:43.a way of diverting the monex from the companies which ard

:07:44. > :07:55.group companies in the Bahalas so they don't have to pay t`x.

:07:56. > :07:57.So we took our information to Emma Reynolds MP

:07:58. > :08:01.She says she'll raise it with Government.

:08:02. > :08:04.I will certainly be taking this matter up with the Health Sdcretary.

:08:05. > :08:07.I would like to know why thhs private company has taken on a loan

:08:08. > :08:12.In a statement IMH said that repaying its bank debt

:08:13. > :08:16.to deliver its programme for its practices and patients.

:08:17. > :08:18.It therefore secured alternative funding.

:08:19. > :08:20.The payments currently paid on this funding are materially

:08:21. > :08:23.lower than repayments being paid on the bank debt.

:08:24. > :08:30.IMH is appreciative of the continued support and flexibility

:08:31. > :08:33.That may be so but at a timd when the NHS generally

:08:34. > :08:43.that interest will have to be paid at some time in the future.

:08:44. > :08:47.Two cyclists have been praised for helping to rescue three elderly
