:02:28. > :02:33.Here's our Health correspondent Michele Paduano.

:02:34. > :02:38.She's lost a leg to diabetes and was deliberately poisondd

:02:39. > :02:41.by a carer at her home in Goldfield Court.

:02:42. > :02:43.But this time, her dice with death was due to

:02:44. > :02:47.Listen, I thought I wouldn't make it.

:02:48. > :02:54.I thought, this time I wouldn't make it.

:02:55. > :02:56.Her daughters felt that she wasn't well when she left

:02:57. > :03:02.When she collapsed at home, they dialled 999.

:03:03. > :03:04.By the time they got here she wasn't breathing,

:03:05. > :03:11.so they had to bag, they call it back, whatever

:03:12. > :03:13.so they had to bag, they call it bag, whatever

:03:14. > :03:16.And they gave her three shots of antidote.

:03:17. > :03:21.Straight into resuss, kept trying to give her anthdote

:03:22. > :03:24.and then they had to give hdr an infusion of antidote

:03:25. > :03:29.Arabella is usually given this red bracelet in hospital to show she's

:03:56. > :03:57.This time, sorry I am angry, very angry.

:03:58. > :04:01.The hospital said it's really sorry that Mrs Boney is unhappy

:04:02. > :04:06.I understand it's looking into why this wasn't declared

:04:07. > :04:10.The hospital said it will share its findings

:04:11. > :04:17.Mrs Boney's daughters said she's not the same person and the opi`tes have

:04:18. > :04:24.Staffordshire's leaders havd been giving their backing

:04:25. > :04:28.to a new report into the benefits of the controversial high-speed rail

:04:29. > :04:31.link planned between London, Birmingham and the north of England.

:04:32. > :04:34.Stafford station will connect HS2 to the West Coast Mainline `nd this

:04:35. > :04:37.is being used to boost regeneration projects in the area includhng

:04:38. > :04:42.a ?100 million scheme for the town centre and wider projects ddsigned

:04:43. > :04:47.But campaigners opposed to the scheme say the government

:04:48. > :04:51.report contains "numbers whhch have no basis in reality".

:04:52. > :04:59.Nicola Beckford is in Stafford for us now.

:05:00. > :05:05.So tell us about the claims being made in today's report, Nicola.

:05:06. > :05:11.Let me give you some background It is about conventional trains using

:05:12. > :05:17.conventional tracks until they get to hear, when they hop onto HS2 So

:05:18. > :05:22.those trains need to be abld to operate on both networks. It means

:05:23. > :05:26.faster journey times, 53 minutes between here and London, sh`ving 22

:05:27. > :05:34.minutes from the current jotrney time. It will mean one train per

:05:35. > :05:39.hour and an extra 8800 HS2 seats every day from here. So what will it

:05:40. > :05:43.bring to this area? Regener`tion, that's what they are claiming,

:05:44. > :05:47.particularly to the Brownfidld sites around Stafford. They also say there

:05:48. > :05:50.will be better links from the centre to the housing estates to the west

:05:51. > :05:53.of Stafford. The council saxs it is a great idea.

:05:54. > :05:56.We are expecting a huge imp`ct that HS2 will have on Stafford.

:05:57. > :05:59.We've already seen ?1.2 billion worth of investment into thd town

:06:00. > :06:01.centre, ?100 million in regdneration projects within the town already.

:06:02. > :06:04.So we see it as an opportunhty for new housing, new inward

:06:05. > :06:12.investment and further economic growth for the borough as a whole.

:06:13. > :06:23.What have protesters been s`ying? We have a statement from the Stop The

:06:24. > :06:29.Hs2 Campaign. He said it's not about jobs or reasonable growth -,

:06:30. > :06:33.regional growth, he says it is about lining the pockets of the mdn behind

:06:34. > :06:38.the curtains, the contractors who have been lobbying for this demonic

:06:39. > :06:40.project, he says, since the all-black. Nicola, thank yot.

:06:41. > :06:43.Ambitious plans have been announced in Birmingham to help small,

:06:44. > :06:45.independent street-food traders to get their first restaurants.

:06:46. > :06:47.It's become much harder, with so many national restatrant

:06:48. > :06:50.Eventually, the aim is to roll the idea out

:06:51. > :06:54.Here's our Correspondent David Gregory-Kumar.

:06:55. > :06:59.Friday night in Birmingham is all about street food,

:07:00. > :07:02.but how does this food comp`re to food from a restaurant?

:07:03. > :07:04.We asked TV chef Glynn Purndll to try it out.

:07:05. > :07:18.I think, to be honest with xou, you know you are in for fun.

:07:19. > :07:21.So it's a big thumbs up then, but for many of the traders

:07:22. > :07:23.here tonight it's become increasingly difficult to move

:07:24. > :07:26.from a street food stall to a bricks and mortar restaurant.

:07:27. > :07:29.We get people travel from all over the country to come and eat

:07:30. > :07:33.I just hope they'll be with me and stick with me for

:07:34. > :07:36.The ironic thing is, the buzz around street food

:07:37. > :07:40.It's attracting the attention of national restaurant chains

:07:41. > :07:41.and they are pushing up rents and grabbing

:07:42. > :07:48.The main operators put most of their investment

:07:49. > :07:50.and their revenue in paying for a prime site.

:07:51. > :07:53.And they've hardly got much left for their produce and the pdople.

:07:54. > :07:55.But now developers, the council and vendors are coming together

:07:56. > :08:03.We are looking at more suburban areas, town centres where wd can

:08:04. > :08:05.create clusters of restaurants so they will turn into desthnations,

:08:06. > :08:07.whether that's Kings Heath high street or anywhere else

:08:08. > :08:12.The people I've been talking to are all passionate about food

:08:13. > :08:14.and they like street food, partly because it's one

:08:15. > :08:17.of the things that makes where you live unique.

:08:18. > :08:21.It's like a football team, it makes your town, your town.

:08:22. > :08:24.So if this plan works, small clusters of street food

:08:25. > :08:30.restaurants could be coming to a street near you.

:08:31. > :08:34.Onto football and victory for Stoke City tonight

:08:35. > :08:38.in their Premier League match at home to Swansea.

:08:39. > :08:40.They went ahead as early as the third minute when two

:08:41. > :08:42.Swansea old boys, Joe Allen and Wilfried Bony,

:08:43. > :08:47.Swansea equalised within five minutes, but Stoke had

:08:48. > :08:53.their chances, hitting the post three times.

:08:54. > :08:56.They took the lead again in the second half after a cross

:08:57. > :09:00.from Ramadan Sobhi was turndd into his own net by Alfie M`wson.

:09:01. > :09:04.Then it was Bony on the mark once more following more good

:09:05. > :09:12.Stoke are now up to 12th in the Premier League.

:09:13. > :09:14.That's almost all from the late team.

:09:15. > :09:16.I'll leave you with the weather forecast from Shefali.

:09:17. > :09:20.What a day - sadly, the last mild one of the week,

:09:21. > :09:24.but temperatures here in the Midlands reached 16 to 1

:09:25. > :09:27.celsius, while over in Wales, 22 celsius -

:09:28. > :09:31.the third year running when we've had such a mild Halloween.

:09:32. > :09:35.No wonder fungi's growing at a phenomenal rate.

:09:36. > :09:42.A foggy morning though for lany parts, although as it began to lift

:09:43. > :09:44.it took on a surreal form and then bright sunshine.

:09:45. > :09:50.But this is how the rest of the week's looking.

:09:51. > :09:52.Fog may still be around but it's mostly replaced by frost.

:09:53. > :09:55.But apart from more substantial rain on Friday, most of the

:09:56. > :09:59.But another misty, foggy night ahead of us.

:10:00. > :10:02.There are warnings for some dense patches into the morning tolorrow

:10:03. > :10:31.Once it has lifted we are into cloud. Temperatures only rising to

:10:32. > :10:37.between eight and 11 Celsius in some places. It is much cooler and that's

:10:38. > :10:42.because of the fresher, cooler air. Tomorrow night, once the front is

:10:43. > :10:45.out of the way, the skies start to clear and temperatures will dip as

:10:46. > :10:51.low as two Celsius in the south-west. Much lower than that in

:10:52. > :10:57.the countryside. Frost in sheltered spots. Weapons they should be dry

:10:58. > :11:00.and sunny. Temperatures ranging from eight to 10 Celsius. After that

:11:01. > :11:02.high pressure dominates and we have some rain on Friday morning. I will

:11:03. > :11:06.leave you side. Strong northerly winds, some

:11:07. > :11:13.sunshine and also some rain for the weekend. The National weather coming

:11:14. > :11:14.up now with Louise. Halloween 2 16 has almost come and gone but
