:03:05. > :03:10.especially where you have slall groups of bikers speeding off

:03:11. > :03:12.in different directions, as it makes it is hard for officers

:03:13. > :03:16.However, they say they are running a long-term operation to tackle

:04:13. > :04:15.because everyone said it was a bomb that had gone off.

:04:16. > :04:19.So I went to see what it was, but it wasn't.

:04:20. > :04:24.The answer to that can be found at the Thomas Adams School.

:04:25. > :04:29.Over half-term, they receivdd an e-mail warning them

:04:30. > :04:51.about a chemical used by A-level students, which stated...

:04:52. > :04:56.This chemical is an orange to red powder that if it becomes dry,

:04:57. > :04:59.can become explosive on the friction turn.

:05:00. > :05:03.So, with the container, if the lid was to be opened

:05:04. > :05:11.The school checked and found it did have an old bottle of the chemical,

:05:25. > :05:30.And now this is all that relains from the Wem explosion.

:05:31. > :05:32.Wem is a quiet market town and people aren't used

:05:33. > :05:37.Certainly having a bomb disposal squad, as seen around the town,

:05:38. > :05:40.probably sparked a little bit of interest.

:05:41. > :05:43.But I think people have perhaps panicked slightly

:05:44. > :05:52.With all the school's stock of the chemical disposed of, things
