:00:35. > :00:37.The so-called Trojan horse saga has never been out of the headlines
:00:38. > :00:40.since it first emerged three years ago.
:00:41. > :00:44.There have been death threats against a Birmingham headteacher,
:00:45. > :00:47.resignations and allegations of aggressive Islamist influence
:00:48. > :00:58.Now today, recriminations over the news that the personal details
:00:59. > :01:01.of witnesses who gave evidence anonymously to the Trojan enquiry
:01:02. > :01:05.The witnesses came forward under strict conditions of anonymity
:01:06. > :01:08.and they were given guarantees back in 2014 about how their
:01:09. > :01:11.Those people have now been betrayed and this has implications,
:01:12. > :01:15.not just for the people in this case, but up and down the country
:01:16. > :01:16.in whistle-blowing cases past, present and future.
:01:17. > :01:22.Five teachers are facing a professional tribunal
:01:23. > :01:25.and their lawyers were granted the right to have full disclosure.
:01:26. > :01:28.The whistle-blowers have been sent letters informing them
:01:29. > :01:31.that "the transcripts of your evidence as provided
:01:32. > :01:34.in the Peter Clarke investigation will be disclosed
:01:35. > :01:42.We've spoken to both one of the anonymous witnesses and one
:01:43. > :01:44.of the teachers involved in this case.
:01:45. > :01:47.The witness says they fear that if their identity
:01:48. > :01:50.is widely published, both they and their family will be
:01:51. > :01:58.The teacher told me that the whole Trojan horse saga was based
:01:59. > :02:01.on an anonymous letter which was likely
:02:02. > :02:08.And he claims, that the anonymous witnesses were able to say
:02:09. > :02:13.whatever they wanted without anything being corroborated.
:02:14. > :02:17.The association representing nine of the 50 anonymous witnesses
:02:18. > :02:20.acted quickly yesterday, taking legal action to prevent
:02:21. > :02:28.The Department for Education tonight said, that the tribunal hearings
:02:29. > :02:32.into the five teachers' cases must be fair and correct.
:02:33. > :02:40.Fears are growing for a Worcestershire man who's been
:02:41. > :02:46.Stephen Woolley's car was found at a beauty spot but there's been no

:06:42. > :06:45.So with that knowledge we hope this app will deliver reassurance

:07:45. > :07:53.From his home studio on the outskirts of Kinver,
:07:54. > :07:56.famous songwriter, Chris Eaton, has written 'On Kinver Edge',

:08:07. > :08:09.Saviour's Day and a host of hits for the likes of Cliff Richard,
:08:10. > :08:13.Chris divides his time between America and Kinver,
:08:14. > :08:19.I've got fantastic memories as a child, coming up
:08:20. > :08:26.It's always meant a lot to me just to walk and have a sense of peace

:08:54. > :08:55.cakes and sconce and even charge them a shilling
:08:56. > :09:03.Sue Wright's ancestors donated 200 acres of land to The National Trust
:09:04. > :09:07.The gift was from her wealthy grandfather, Oliver Lee
:09:08. > :09:12.So they bought it and almost immediately handed it over
