:04:15. > :04:17.West Midlands Police says it takes shop lifting seriously and says it

:04:18. > :04:23.solves more than half of reported incidents in Coventry.

:04:24. > :04:26.The force says shopkeepers should consider installing CCTV,

:05:21. > :05:24.This is a chap who has shown tremendous disdain for veterans,

:05:25. > :05:27.for within, for truth, for the rule of law and, indeed,

:05:28. > :05:31.And, so, if I thought we could bring him to Birmingham,

:05:32. > :05:34.take him out for a curry, and change his mind on a few things,

:05:35. > :05:36.I'd be, you know, helping roll-out the red carpet but,

:05:37. > :05:40.actually, I think it be quite a one-way conversation.

:07:47. > :07:51.We've seen funding for social housing associations decrease year

:08:51. > :08:53.directions, or going to a restaurant and asking what's on the menu,

:08:54. > :08:58.Because, again, it's not until you are

:08:59. > :09:01.involved in that community that you're going to be able to pick it

:09:02. > :09:06.up fluently but knowing those basic science

:10:19. > :10:22.Some spirits of rain. Temperatures rising to opt to nine Celsius

:10:46. > :10:49.across most parts. Temperature showing signs of increasing to

:10:50. > :10:56.double figures. Further ahead, a change in wind direction will

:10:57. > :10:58.continue to see temperatures rise. The same for Thursday and Friday

:10:59. > :11:06.with lots of cloud around. at the weekend it will be mild.

:11:07. > :11:14.Largely dry, perhaps a wind -- windy at
