:01:54. > :01:58.Now, if he is sent back, that would be an appalling act

:02:39. > :02:41.relying on friends for a roof over his head.

:02:42. > :02:51.If you can't take the responsibility,

:04:04. > :04:08.budget to ?3.2 million in the new financial year.

:04:09. > :04:14.But it's blaming the government for not providing enough money.

:04:15. > :04:17.We believe that we have done some considerable movement in terms

:04:18. > :04:20.of the level of those cuts but the reality is that these

:04:21. > :04:22.are cuts that aren't decided here in the Council House

:04:23. > :04:25.where people will be protesting, these are decisions that are made

:06:49. > :06:51.the place has got antibacterial wipes everywhere and just every room

:06:52. > :06:57.has got them in and washes for your hands and it's

:06:58. > :07:05.Hey Ho, it's all for the best, isn't it?

:07:17. > :07:18.from the hospital acquired infections, they have their own food

:07:19. > :07:21.and most of the patients would say that hospital food is not great,

:07:25. > :07:30.This unit has 25 beds and serves a population of 1.4 million.

:07:31. > :07:33.There is always pressure on NHS beds, so if people can go home,

:10:00. > :10:03.day with two lovebirds on the river in Warwick and some lovely sunshine

:10:04. > :10:13.in Staffordshire. Then the cloud started to thicken up, leaving these

:10:14. > :10:17.sheep curious. They were probably wondering what is going to happen in

:10:18. > :10:20.the next few day. I can tell you, we have some rain coming along tomorrow

:10:21. > :10:25.and then again on Friday was all coming from the West. There will be

:10:26. > :10:30.ready for farmers and anyone needing it. Then we have a rest on Thursday.

:10:31. > :10:36.Crucially these winds draw in much milder conditions. We will see mist,

:10:37. > :10:40.fog and cloud as well on the way. We have quite a bit developing right

:10:41. > :10:47.now. Some hill fog, quite right spread, quite extensive. A lot of

:10:48. > :10:51.cloud there. Ten bridges five or six else's, so a fairly mild at murky

:10:52. > :10:54.start to the day tomorrow full stop gradually through the day we will

:10:55. > :10:57.start to see the cloud thickening again from the south-west,

:10:58. > :11:02.introducing some rain, perhaps some hail and Thunder packed in drink

:11:03. > :11:03.because of the day. Top temperature 10 Celsius. The National is next.

:11:04. > :11:05.Good night. fog around to watch out for. Jon

:11:06. > :11:09.Hammond with the national forecast now.

:11:10. > :11:14.Good evening. There is some rain in the forecast but not a lot. Plenty

:11:15. > :11:19.of dry weather to look forward to as we head to the weekend. Cloud

:11:20. > :11:25.delivering some rain but plenty of spaces in between, hence my

:11:26. > :11:29.optimism. One of these blobs of cloud is producing dampness right

:11:30. > :11:33.now. We could see a glancing blow across the far south-east through

:11:34. > :11:37.the early hours and later some rain arriving across the far south-west.

:11:38. > :11:41.In between some hill fog overnight, not desperately cold, for most a

:11:42. > :11:46.touch of frost across the northern Glens of Scotland. At the other end

:11:47. > :11:49.of the UK some wet weather first thing for breakfast, pushing through

:11:50. > :11:53.Devon and Cornwall into South Wales. It won't hang around. Things will

:11:54. > :11:56.brighten up later in the day. Ahead of that a lot of low cloud around, a

:11:57. > :11:58.rather grey start to the day.
