:01:06. > :01:09.At the inquest, Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital accepted it had
:01:10. > :01:14.failed give the mother literature after Pippa's birth to identify
:01:15. > :01:16.ill-health, failed to arrange a follow-up midwife visit within 24
:01:17. > :01:19.hours, and to do a proper inquiry during phone calls and check
:01:20. > :01:24.Midwife Claire Robinson, seen here with red hair,
:01:25. > :01:29.denied she had been told about brown mucus in the 2.55am call,
:01:30. > :01:32.but it was the earlier call that would have saved Pippa's life.
:01:33. > :01:37.The coroner, John Ellery, said the case was uncontroversial -
:01:38. > :01:39.baby Pippa's death was preventable if Mrs Griffiths had been given
:01:40. > :01:41.the right information and if a systematic inquiry had
:01:42. > :01:44.taken place when Mrs Griffiths phoned.
:01:45. > :01:48.Offering the family condolences, he said it may be of no comfort
:01:49. > :01:56.The trust did not declare this as a serious incident
:01:57. > :02:02.Today it said on information originally received,
:02:03. > :02:05.the death did not appear to meet the criteria.

:05:46. > :05:50.As a student herself, she was head girl at Saltley School -

:05:54. > :05:54.and allegations that conservative-minded Muslims
:05:55. > :05:59.were seeking to exert undue influence.

:06:02. > :06:07.by the school as a complaint that they were anti-Muslim.
:06:08. > :06:09.Although the tribunal agreed Suriyah Bi was unfairly dismissed,

:06:23. > :06:24.telling us, "Heartlands is an outstanding academy

:08:38. > :08:41.horse at the time that I really looked forward to,

:08:45. > :08:47.and then I thought, when I finished with him, that would be it and then
:08:48. > :08:50.Big Star came along and so I had to do it all over again.
