:01:41. > :01:42.to Birmingham Children's Hospital, The case rested on the amount
:01:43. > :01:47.of time that Kian had been in the bath and we identified
:01:48. > :01:53.a period of up to 13 minutes. We worked that out from witness
:01:54. > :02:01.testimony and we also identified that Wayne had used a computer
:02:02. > :02:05.whilst Kian was in the bath, so we analysed that computer
:02:06. > :02:07.and that computer gave us certain evidence around how it had been used
:02:08. > :02:11.during that period of time. This was where Passey and Dale had
:02:12. > :02:13.been entertaining a friend, smoking and drinking coffee as Kian
:02:14. > :02:16.was in the bath Bath seats can give
:02:17. > :02:19.you a false sense of security. They enable you to back your child
:02:20. > :02:21.without keeping hold of them at all times,
:02:22. > :02:24.and that's maybe where the problem arises, parents think their child
:02:25. > :02:27.is securely supported in the bath, that they're not going to slip under
:02:28. > :02:30.the water, but as this tragic case highlights,
:02:31. > :02:32.that can still happen and in fact it's not the first time that we've
