:05:15. > :05:19.remains unpredictable. Officers have suffered a variety of injuries,
:05:20. > :05:22.can be traumatic and officers have can be traumatic and officers have

:06:01. > :06:01.helping the money to get close to them and they have got a bit of
:06:02. > :06:05.confidence in you. And then confidence in you. And then
:06:06. > :06:09.gradually, they start to tell you all about themselves. Without
:06:10. > :06:17.knowing about them, you can't help them. We have that bit of banter,
:06:18. > :06:23.then I go home, walk out the door. Then I go to a nice warm home, I've
:06:24. > :06:29.got a job that week, money in my pocket... And leave them here and
:06:30. > :06:39.they haven't, you know. It somewhere safe to sleep. It somewhere you can
:06:40. > :06:42.get a hot meal, a shower. And it somewhere that you can get support,
:06:43. > :06:51.you can speak to the staff here. It makes a massive difference. Without
:06:52. > :07:00.this place... It's nice to come here and call it home. You connection
:07:01. > :07:05.call it home. Trying to describe it to them where we are, getting
:07:06. > :07:13.around, ten years from now, let's say... It's that one-way system in
