:00:57. > :00:59.to support us and if those jobs are going it's going to get harder

:01:03. > :01:04.it's going to be much harder for new friends groups
:01:05. > :01:08.The council won't say whether jobs will go but they're planning cuts

:01:14. > :01:19.None of us like the decisions we're making but the fact that we've not
:01:20. > :01:22.had a fair settlement in this city since 2010 is the problem.
:01:23. > :01:30.Across the West Midlands a recent survey shows that 70% of local
:01:31. > :01:32.authorities are looking at transferring or disposing
:01:33. > :01:37.Less than half our park managers feel their parks
:01:38. > :01:45.The percentage of parks in decline looks set to more-than double over
:01:46. > :01:50.Fran started a Friends group six months ago
:01:51. > :01:52.to reclaim her local park, and it's a work still in progress,
:01:53. > :01:58.The rangers do provide valuable help, advice,
:01:59. > :02:01.and can do a lot more, so without the rangers it would be
:02:02. > :02:07.Visitors are surprised how green this city is.
:02:08. > :02:15.The challenge is keeping it pleasant for those who live here.

:02:19. > :02:22.Father of three Ray Woodhall had a heart attack whilst playing
:02:23. > :02:29.He was rushed to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital where doctors
:02:30. > :02:31.revived him, but his heart stopped working a further 26 times
:02:32. > :02:39.Given what's happened to Ray Woodhall, his recovery
:02:40. > :02:43.I think I should be gettting a little breathless at times,
:02:44. > :02:47.Ray's heart stopped beating not once, but on 27 separate occasions
:02:48. > :02:50.after having a heart attack playing walking football.
:02:51. > :02:56.One moment Ray felt a pain in his chest, the next thing
:02:57. > :02:59.he knew he was in A at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
:03:00. > :03:02.The amazing thing was I always thought I was just falling to sleep,
:03:03. > :03:06.so when I woke up and there was people round me I was going,
:03:07. > :03:09."I've just been asleep here, I'm OK, what's the fuss?"
:03:10. > :03:12.Dr Goyal saves lives most days, but rarely does he save one man's
:03:13. > :03:21.I think when people have multiple cardiac arrests there is a very
:03:22. > :03:24.strong chance that one of them may be the last one and we might not be
:03:25. > :03:32.So we have to use different regimes to try and help people and try
:03:33. > :03:38.Every time Ray stopped breathing the team of doctors and nurses
:03:39. > :03:43.Now, thanks to a couple of stents in his heart,
:03:44. > :03:47.he's strong enough to do a little light exercise.
:03:48. > :03:56.That is all I've got to show for all the trauma that I went
:03:57. > :03:58.through and everybody else went through.
:03:59. > :04:00.Ray feels indebted to the medics who saved his life,
:04:01. > :04:03.but they have more good news for him, he should be
:04:04. > :04:11.back playing walking football within a couple of months.
