:00:47. > :00:48.education drastically, and it's just not right.

:00:49. > :00:57.The Government says they are spending more

:00:58. > :00:59.on education than ever, but the National Audit Office say

:01:00. > :01:02.there'll be cuts of 8% per pupil over the next two years.

:01:03. > :01:05.The Department for Education says it wants to end what is a postcode

:01:14. > :01:16.figures not accepted by those protesting today.

:01:19. > :01:21.And it's going to affect our children's and their

:01:22. > :01:29.It'll affect the adult centre, the FE sector, and really

:01:30. > :01:31.the implications of that for the whole of society will be

:01:32. > :01:36.Medium and larger schools are the ones that are going to be

:01:37. > :01:45.very hard hit by the proposed new funding formula,

:01:46. > :01:47.and that means that for us, 45% of schools

:01:48. > :01:50.negatively; 65% of pupils will be affected negatively.

:01:51. > :01:54.The march ended with a rally in Quarry Park, and the Department

:01:55. > :01:57.for Education says it's keen to listen to views during what is

:01:58. > :02:05.now a consultation period, ending on March the 22nd.

:02:09. > :02:17.were made in the Sun newspaper that two female staff at home care
