:02:35. > :02:44.result, someone was given in appropriate medication. An arrest
:02:44. > :02:52.was made today. The 36 Rob male nurse was arrested under section 23.

:02:57. > :03:02.visiting the hospital there was surprise at the news. A I am

:05:31. > :05:35.discuss their concerns, their feelings and their shock 10 days

:09:00. > :09:05.spiralled out of control he hatched a plan to kill him. His girlfriend
:09:05. > :09:09.had been his assistant. Martin Ithell's family left court
:09:09. > :09:14.still clearly distraught at the loss of a much-loved partner and
:09:14. > :09:22.brother. A his life was tragically taken away and has left our family
:09:22. > :09:26.with a boy. Martin Ithell was also a loan shark. His killer was
:09:26. > :09:31.described as a man with ideas above his station, a man who wanted to
:09:31. > :09:35.borrow his way to happiness. Rachel Horton was his girlfriend and
:09:35. > :09:40.accomplice. They shared a house here. This was where they had lured
:09:41. > :09:48.Martin Ithell to his death. He had lent �16,000 for two Davidson but
:09:48. > :09:53.within four month, it had spiralled to �26,000. Martin Ithell arrived
:09:53. > :09:57.here thinking he was going to get his money. Within moments, he lay
:09:57. > :10:03.dying on the floor in the hall, shot through the heart and stabs
:10:03. > :10:08.nine times in the neck. This was the murder weapon. As he lay dying,
:10:08. > :10:16.the pair cleaned walls which the judge said must have resembled the
:10:16. > :10:25.scene of a horror film. Hours later, David Sinnott drove the body to the
