:21:23. > :21:26.British welterweight fight. Matthew's wife gave birth to their
:21:26. > :21:28.second child a few days ago, but he says her arrival hasn't disrupted
:21:28. > :21:38.his preparations. He's confident he'll defeat the unbeaten
:21:38. > :21:51.
:21:51. > :21:55.Plenty of sleepless nights to come, Overall, Salford in good form,
:21:55. > :21:59.three victories in a row. Hoping for bigger crowds averaging around
:21:59. > :22:05.5,000. With me is a man who is helping to hope that will happen.
:22:05. > :22:09.The head coach, Phil. Thank you for joining us. Let's look at the match
:22:09. > :22:14.tonight. How important is it that your sight bounce-back? Pretty
:22:14. > :22:20.important. Not the be-all and end- all of the season but we speak
:22:20. > :22:24.about improving on a weekly basis. We had a hiccup last week in France
:22:24. > :22:29.and we want to rectify that. will see a couple of tries from
:22:29. > :22:34.your side against the Broncos, the likes of Maddy Smith taking this
:22:34. > :22:41.season by the scruff of the neck. - - Matthew Smith. He has grabbed the
:22:41. > :22:45.opportunity with both hands and his thriving off it. We are pleased
:22:45. > :22:53.with the way he is playing a. mentioned crowns, I hate to use the
:22:53. > :22:59.word open -- the word "Project", are you disappointed that people
:22:59. > :23:03.are not watching the City Reds? play at a brilliant, entertaining
:23:03. > :23:08.brand of football, I am sure people will get value for their money if
:23:08. > :23:12.they come out. Not disappointed, I just hope that over a period of
:23:12. > :23:16.time, the crowds will add up and we will get a respectable number four
:23:16. > :23:26.stop let's hope so. Thanks for joining us this evening. -- a
:23:26. > :23:28.
:23:28. > :23:31.respectable number. Let's hope so. He looked like the back of Richard
:23:31. > :23:35.Taylor, walking away! What do you imagine you'll be doing
:23:35. > :23:39.in your nineties, assuming you make it to that age? Most of us would
:23:39. > :23:43.feel we'd earned the right to put our feet up. But not Doris Hancock.
:23:43. > :23:52.Doris from Ambleside has packed a rucksack and begun an 84-mile walk.
:23:52. > :24:00.She's got the stick. She's got the boots. Has she got much experience
:24:00. > :24:04.of long-distance walking? I have not, really. I have never done a
:24:04. > :24:09.walk of any kind. When I first retired, I was younger and I would
:24:09. > :24:14.just go walking up the local hills. When I got older, people say I
:24:14. > :24:19.should not be doing that at my age. It's a bold effort for a woman born
:24:19. > :24:23.in the year of the Battle of the Somme.
:24:23. > :24:29.She spotted a booklet about the Hadrian's Wallwork and decided she
:24:29. > :24:38.must do it. She will do it in stages and will be 96 years old
:24:38. > :24:41.What would you do in your nineties? I hope I am that fit and active.
:24:42. > :24:46.you not think it is time to put your feet up when you are in your
:24:46. > :24:51.nineties? Why? It would be ideal if you could still do it. I would like
:24:51. > :24:57.to get there first. As Doris strides out along
:24:57. > :25:01.Hadrian's Wall, she'll be joined by friends every step of the way.
:25:01. > :25:04.will do five miles today, then five miles tomorrow. And then the family
:25:04. > :25:07.will take over in the next month and through the next months.
:25:07. > :25:17.Doris set off from Wallsend today. She's already raised hundreds of

:25:18. > :25:25.pounds for charity. She hopes to Brilliant. If only the Romans
:25:25. > :25:35.thought of putting in a conveyor belt! Good idea. And now for a look

:25:35. > :25:40.I was folding my arms to wait for Tony to link need to Doris. I never
:25:40. > :25:45.have a cool word to say to you. will try to think of one! Good
:25:45. > :25:48.evening. If you are fed up of this quiet weather we are having this
:25:48. > :25:52.week, fairly dreary and depressing, things will definitely changed
:25:52. > :25:56.through the weekend. It will be cooler with rain at times but
:25:56. > :26:01.crucially there will also be some sunshine. Today went exactly as
:26:01. > :26:05.planned. Further south, the more sunshine you saw. The more north,
:26:05. > :26:11.this line of rain moved its way in from parts of Scotland, the Isle of
:26:11. > :26:15.Man and Northern Ireland, a few spots made it into Lancashire. It
:26:15. > :26:20.will be over all of us tonight. If you are in southern parts of the
:26:20. > :26:24.region, you will be fine, but on the way back it will have made its
:26:24. > :26:33.way down. It is fragmenting and falling apart but it will not be
:26:33. > :26:39.put -- it will be pouring down. Temperatures will not be an issue
:26:39. > :26:42.tonight but tomorrow night, a different story. First thing on
:26:42. > :26:47.Saturday, the remnants will be around and will move away very
:26:47. > :26:50.slowly. Behind it, there will be some sunny spells and also some
:26:50. > :26:55.scattered showers and as they pop up, they will happen almost
:26:55. > :27:01.anywhere through the day. Some will be heavy and could be a rumble of
:27:01. > :27:07.thunder included.. Temperatures depend on whether the sun is out,
:27:07. > :27:17.but between 8-11 degrees. Over the high ground, possibly a touch of
