:01:53. > :01:57.The Keogh Review revealed our region has some of the worst performing
:01:57. > :02:01.hospitals in England. But it also has some of the best. Now they'll
:02:01. > :02:04.partner up. For Tameside that means being matched with the University
:02:04. > :02:07.Hospital of South Manchester at Wythenshawe, while East Lancashire
:02:07. > :02:11.will work with Newcastle—upon—Tyne. Salford Royal, where matrons are
:02:11. > :02:16.demoted if standards slip, will partner Buckinghamshire. Senior
:02:16. > :02:20.managers, doctors and nurses from those good Trusts will physically go
:02:20. > :02:24.into Tameside and East Lancashire. Money will be available to backfill
:02:24. > :02:35.them, and the Trusts could be paid extra if they produce real results.
:02:35. > :02:41.Salford Royal and Wythenshawe is to love the best hospitals in the NHS
:02:41. > :02:42.and the very best way that we can turn around hospitals with very
:02:42. > :02:47.troubled histories is by giving turn around hospitals with very
:02:47. > :02:52.access to the practical skills —— two of the best hospitals. Salford
:02:52. > :02:56.Royal has one of the best safety records in the whole NHS. And that's
:02:56. > :03:00.not the only reason Salford Royal has been chosen. It has the fifth

:03:44. > :03:53.picked up two superbugs, are still sceptical. Hopefully they will have
:03:53. > :03:55.views of what they have been doing over there and they will bring it to
:03:55. > :04:03.Tameside. You know, people will over there and they will bring it to
:04:03. > :04:06.hopefully trust the hospital because with it being the highest death
