:00:54. > :00:55.One of the biggest concerns from the recent inspection was risk

:01:03. > :01:06.We have the staff, but of course, we are struggling in some w`ys.
:01:07. > :01:09.For example, we previously had a 23`bedded acute medical unit
:01:10. > :01:17.Obviously, we have had an increased number of staff for that, btt still,
:01:18. > :01:20.the workload has been transferred onto the front end, to our division.
:01:21. > :01:23.They were positives from thd CQC inspection.
:01:24. > :01:27.Staff were considered compassionate, the hospital clean
:01:28. > :01:34.and the treatment of dementha patients well considered.
:01:35. > :01:38.The staff here say they can turn things around.
:01:39. > :01:41.Two years ago, the stroke unit was rated the worst in the north`west.
:01:42. > :01:47.This lady's mother suffered a stroke.
:01:48. > :01:51.She feels staff should get more recognition.
:01:52. > :01:53.It makes me feel very angry because I think personally,
:01:54. > :01:59.our family and my mother have had the best treatment.
:02:00. > :02:01.On paper, the trust is deemed inadequ`te,
:02:02. > :02:10.but on the front line, staff say there are signs of improvemdnt.

:03:01. > :03:04.raise the standards and an improvement rector will work with
:03:05. > :03:08.them and the trust will be lade to come up with an action plan and
:03:09. > :03:13.publish it. Then, those inspectors were returned to the hospit`ls to
