:03:41. > :03:43.support British air strikes against Islamic State forces in Irap.
:03:44. > :03:46.524 voted in favour with just 4 opposed, our political editor
:03:47. > :04:09.Was mentioned above has plaxed? And yes, it was. And this is the
:04:10. > :04:13.most difficult decision thex take. We have no move to a position where
:04:14. > :04:18.Parliament has to ratify th`t decision also. The government was
:04:19. > :04:23.never going to be defeated today but the MPs had to make a choicd and
:04:24. > :04:27.that choice goes on the record. Among those speaking today was the
:04:28. > :04:30.former cabinet minister who paid tribute to Mr Henning.

:04:34. > :04:38.He was there as an ambassador from our country and I would just make a
:04:39. > :04:41.personal plea today that thd people of IS, whether it falls on stony
:04:42. > :04:44.ground or not, that they should release him, he should come home to
:04:45. > :04:56.be with his wife and family and the people who love him.
:04:57. > :05:01.So where does this leave Mr Henning?
:05:02. > :05:06.I think the Prime Minister will have taken at face on this and whth this
:05:07. > :05:11.up in his possession, what he has made clear that although Mr Henning
:05:12. > :05:18.as a priority, that he sees as Islamic state as a threat to
:05:19. > :05:20.national security as a whold so that has outweighed the balance. His
:05:21. > :05:26.family themselves had made clear that they believed this will put him
:05:27. > :05:32.further at risk and as we know, Islamic state themselves have used
:05:33. > :05:34.military action in the past as justification for murdering
:05:35. > :05:38.individuals, so there is no doubt that this is a much more serious
:05:39. > :05:51.situation for Mr Henning thhs evening.

:13:36. > :13:41.care to the best place. But what about the delivery of a new baby,
:13:42. > :13:44.that is when it gets complicated? The proposal as not to remove
:13:45. > :13:52.intensive care beds from hospitals but instead to expand intensive care
:13:53. > :13:56.facilities and have more spdcialists on four or five sides so th`t the
:13:57. > :13:58.very sickest people get the best clear every single claim th`t it is
:13:59. > :14:05.needed. For most people who run a m`rathon
:14:06. > :14:08.it is an extraordinary achidvement and probably not something xou'd
:14:09. > :14:11.want to repeat for a while. But that's not the case for sports
