:02:29. > :02:35.presence. A lot of people I went with it wouldn't take their record
:02:36. > :02:42.up to the counter. He was terrifying. He was told. Yot'd never
:02:43. > :02:48.seen anyone like him. He had an utterly original appearance. There
:02:49. > :02:54.was nothing like that. Lookhng back, he was the first. The originator.
:02:55. > :03:01.Before the likes of boy George and Steve strange in London? Thdre is a
:03:02. > :03:05.strong argument for that. Lhverpool had this really amazing post punk
:03:06. > :03:21.micro culture. Really incredible people like

:07:45. > :07:50.some changes to its original plans. For instance, they've deciddd
:07:51. > :07:54.to bury a 14-mile stretch along the western fringe
:07:55. > :07:57.of the Lake District Nation`l Park. That's on top of the money
:07:58. > :08:03.they've already agreed to sink into a 13-mile
:08:04. > :08:07.tunnel beneath Morecambe Bax. However, they still plan to run
:08:08. > :08:13.an overground section About quarter of the route will be
:08:14. > :08:18.underground and out of sight. The rest of the route,
:08:19. > :08:20.we think we can replace the existing line with biggdr pylons
:08:21. > :08:23.but a lot fewer of them. When he says bigger,
:08:24. > :08:26.he means they could be almost twice the size of the existing pylons
