:00:24. > :00:37.For three years, this mugshot's been toured round Liverpool and overseas.

:00:38. > :00:44.The NCA first made an appeal to trace Robert Gerrard in 2013

:00:45. > :00:46.as part of Operation Return, a campaign to capture some

:00:47. > :00:49.of Britiain's most-wanted criminals on the run in the Netherlands.

:00:50. > :00:51.They wanted to track down Gerrard following a raid

:00:52. > :01:05.It was a joint investigation with the Dutch national polhce,

:01:06. > :01:07.targeting serious organised criminals using a cafe

:01:08. > :01:13.and using that to commit medtings to further their activity.

:01:14. > :01:15.Gerrard was not there when the cafe was raided,

:01:16. > :01:18.but officers allege he used it as part of a plan to import large

:01:19. > :01:26.His face was then splashed across the media, not only

:01:27. > :01:31.But the pressure of three ydars on the run proved too much

:01:32. > :01:34.and Robert Gerrard handed themselves here into Central Berkeley station

:01:35. > :01:36.in Manchester yesterday and was arrested and charged

:01:37. > :01:50.We have been proactive in trying to find him and because of that

:01:51. > :01:52.activity he has handed himself in.

:01:53. > :01:54.He was sick of us chasing him, really.

:01:55. > :01:56.The National Crime Agency says this operation and its sister calpaign

:01:57. > :02:00.over in Spain proves wanted criminals have nowhere to hhde.

:02:14. > :02:16.Since handing himself in yesterday, Gerrard has appeared before

:02:17. > :02:19.magistrates and will be back in court next month.

:04:14. > :04:19.Yes, Dr Frost worked as a civilian locum GP mainly for the Minhstry

:04:21. > :04:27.In August 2013, he was at the Wheaton barracks near Blackpool.

:04:28. > :04:32.He was in a consultation with patient X, a double amputee.

:04:33. > :04:34.This patient had previously been prescribed a strong painkiller,

:04:35. > :04:37.morphine sulphate, by another doctor.

:04:38. > :04:41.Shortly after that consultation, a pharmacist told him she thought

:04:42. > :04:43.she had mistakenly dispensed the wrong tablets to Mr X,

:04:44. > :04:47.six times stronger than those prescribed.

:04:48. > :04:53.Dr Frost did not contact the patient to tell him either at the thme

:04:54. > :05:06.Dr Frost said protocol dictated it was the pharmacy who shotld have

:05:07. > :05:09.been the ones to contact the patient but the more importantly he simply

:05:10. > :05:12.did not believe patient X had taken the drugs.

:05:13. > :05:14.He said he didn't show any symptoms of an overdose.

:05:15. > :05:16.Instead, he thought the pharmacist had possibly been coerced,

:05:17. > :05:18.threatened or blackmailed by the patient in some way

:05:19. > :05:29.He said there was a toxic atmosphere at the barracks,

:05:30. > :05:32.that there was a culture of fear adding there had been a criminal

:05:33. > :05:33.conspiracy to cover up and misappropriation

:05:34. > :05:41.He contends he was sacked for trying to get the investigation into this.

:05:42. > :05:44.And he has been in the news before, a prominent campaigner.

:05:45. > :05:48.Dr Frost has been a long-standing campaigner for a full inquest

:05:49. > :05:57.You may remember he was the arms inspector who was found dead

:05:58. > :06:00.in woodlands near his home in 2003 shortly after being revealed

:06:01. > :06:03.as the source of the claim that the government at the time,

:06:04. > :06:05.Tony Blair s government, had sexed up the dossier which made

:06:06. > :06:19.But one family's fallen foul of planning officials -

:06:20. > :06:21.because of their daughter's wendy house.

:06:22. > :06:35.It's a home from home for Wendy's daughter Amy.
