:00:53. > :00:56.protesters say that is only a partial victory.

:01:02. > :01:03.Nobody is going to predict when they are going
:01:04. > :01:06.to have an accident or when there is going to be an accident on the
:01:07. > :01:10.We only got back half of what we expected.

:01:18. > :01:22.care centre, now run by a not-for-profit GP-led consortium.
