:02:06. > :02:07.The court had been told about Dunn's hidey-hole at the house

:02:08. > :02:11.Dunn would use a bag of rubbish and a panel to

:02:12. > :02:14.conceal the hole where the girl was being kept and it was a ruse

:02:15. > :02:16.that worked because he successfully concealed

:02:17. > :02:17.her from the police when they

:02:18. > :02:19.visited the property on a number of occasions.

:02:20. > :02:22.It's really important that the police do look at this and

:02:49. > :02:54.was known to them, but as yet they don't know why he was murdered.

:02:55. > :02:56.Two men have been jailed after causing the death by dangerous

:02:57. > :03:01.Aleena Kauser, from Rawtenstall, was on her way

:03:02. > :03:06.when a car mounted the pavement and struck her.

:03:07. > :03:09.Drivers Adil Manir and Mohsen Saddique were racing at speeds of up

:03:10. > :03:12.They were each jailed for four years.

:03:23. > :03:32.The owner of a farm where illegal waste has been dumped for a number

:03:33. > :03:34.of years is facing prosection to end what the local authority

:03:38. > :03:44.The authority is now leading action involving a number of authorities

:03:45. > :03:46.to tackle what it calls a long standing problem.

:03:47. > :03:48.But the farmer at the centre of row says any action

:04:00. > :04:08.The views are of mounds and mounds of illegal waste.

:04:09. > :04:13.This is what hikers, or anyone else visiting

:04:14. > :04:18.The farmer here, John Leslie Allison, agreed to speak to me

:04:19. > :04:20.to offer his explanation for this mess.

:04:21. > :04:23.All what's left, other people have dumped and it seems I have to clean

:04:24. > :04:26.it up when it is somebody else who has put it there.

:04:27. > :04:29.I put my caravan across the road so they couldn't get up and they've

:04:30. > :04:32.dumped it in other field gateways and all over.

:04:33. > :04:34.Simply not true say Pendle Council, who have told us they have

:04:35. > :04:36.prosecuted a number of builders who have paid

:04:59. > :05:01.it has got to be got a grip on, it has to be stopped.

:05:02. > :05:04.Are you telling me you're not making any out of this?

:05:05. > :05:06.I am not making money out of this stuff, no.

:05:17. > :05:20.It is now planning to take enforcement action.

:05:21. > :05:24.When do you say you will clear up this mess?

:05:25. > :05:30.When it becomes spring and it's better weather.

:05:31. > :05:33.Although he wants to clear up the mess on his own terms, time may

:05:34. > :05:43.The owners of financially troubled Morecambe have agreed

:05:44. > :05:45.to sell their controlling interest to the Italian-American

:05:46. > :05:47.If he gets clearance from the Football League,

:05:48. > :05:50.the current board of directors will resign to allow

:05:51. > :05:54.Staff and players weren't paid today but Mr Cala told

:05:55. > :05:57.BBC Radio Lancashire's Tim Padfield that wages and other debts

:05:58. > :06:09.When I am the owner 100%, I will pay everyone.

:06:10. > :06:12.Until I am not the owner, I am not obliged to do anything.

:06:13. > :06:15.Do you have the money to make it work?

:06:16. > :06:21.Especially when you need money by yesterday.

:06:22. > :06:23.Here you need money by yesterday, you do

:06:24. > :06:27.You need to come up here with money and

:06:28. > :06:39.That does it from me. What will the weekend weather be like for the

:06:40. > :06:42.Chinese new year? Here is the forecast. The past couple of days

:06:43. > :06:47.have been very cold indeed. It is not going to be as cold this weekend

:06:48. > :06:53.but it will be fairly cloudy, Markey and we will see rain on Saturday and

:06:54. > :06:58.Sunday. The first band of rain to push through tonight. Very light

:06:59. > :07:04.winds but again some chance of low cloud and fog and a mild night

:07:05. > :07:08.compared to the last nights. Those of two or three Celsius and more

:07:09. > :07:12.tomorrow morning. Chinese New Year tomorrow is going to start of cloudy

:07:13. > :07:18.and Markey. We will see rain on and off throughout the morning. It is

:07:19. > :07:20.not going to feel quite as cold. Hopefully drying out by early

:07:21. > :07:26.evening. Top temperature tomorrow of evening. Top temperature tomorrow of

:07:27. > :07:30.seven Celsius. It will feel better. Tomorrow night is dry and clear

:07:31. > :07:40.skies. More rain on the way on Sunday. The outlook for Monday,

:07:41. > :07:47.Good evening. Not many would argue that January hasn't been dry, but

:07:48. > :07:52.today, many of us had our first significant rain for some time,

:07:53. > :07:55.because the transition is on from cold, Continental dry air to milder

:07:56. > :08:00.Atlantic air, but the transition is a slow one. So we have had ice

:08:01. > :08:04.today, and freezing fog, in northern England. We had a little sunshine as

:08:05. > :08:10.well in Norfolk, but we still have the cold air around and about in the

:08:11. > :08:14.north. All this rain you can see, which is giving is a wet day in some

:08:15. > :08:18.areas, 10-15 millimetres of rain has fallen, as it comes north there

:08:19. > :08:22.could be some winter it issues. Snow already falling over Scotland,

:08:23. > :08:27.possibly over northern England, possibly some sleet over lower areas

:08:28. > :08:31.and fog. Not particularly nice, and some icy conditions to contend with

:08:32. > :08:35.late in the night across Northern Ireland, as the rain clears away.

:08:36. > :08:38.Again, a word of warning there could be some ice around in the morning if

:08:39. > :08:39.you are heading
