:01:58. > :01:59.Right now at this moment in time it is, yes, we're

:02:00. > :02:07.We don't think throughout the process that enough has really

:02:08. > :02:12.We have had to push quite a lot to bring evidence

:02:13. > :02:18.Today, the coroner described the Tunisian police response

:03:08. > :03:10.when you look at travel advice I give that the customer.

:03:11. > :03:12.When you are booking online, there should be more

:03:13. > :03:17.And what you feel now towards the Tunisian police?

:03:18. > :03:28.Very angry they couldn't get there quick enough.

:03:29. > :03:36.you are looking at the training they have had.

:03:37. > :03:39.The amount of love and support messages we got keeps us going.

:03:40. > :03:42.Tens of thousands of passengers are set to have their travel plans

:03:43. > :03:44.disrupted as rail workers at two North West rail companies

:04:17. > :04:27.We have marched and campaigned and to take place on March the 13th.

:04:28. > :04:31.We have marched and campaigned and spoken to MPs but all the good it

:04:32. > :04:35.does. They have not listened. We are the last line of defence.

:04:36. > :04:37.We are incredibly disappointed that the RMT have taken

:04:38. > :04:41.We are 12 months away from considering any changes.

:04:42. > :04:43.Although they plan to remove safety-trained guards

:04:44. > :04:46.from the trains, both companies say they will still have a ticket

:04:47. > :04:49.collector on many trains to help the public.

:04:50. > :04:53.They say the only difference will be that in future the driver will be

:04:54. > :04:55.responsible for opening and closing the doors.

:04:56. > :05:01.Merseyrail is spending ?460 million on new driver-only trains.

:05:02. > :05:03.They'll have CCTV in the driver's cab showing the full

:05:04. > :05:05.length of the train, a sliding safety step

:05:06. > :05:09.They say they won't make anyone redundant and

:05:29. > :05:33.and they have been operating without guards for 17 years.

:05:34. > :05:39.The fear now for rail passengers is that the dispute could become

:05:40. > :05:42.as long and bitter as the series of strikes which has often paralysed

:05:43. > :05:47.Most people are sympathetic but the rail strikes have gone

:05:48. > :05:53.on a long time and the only people suffering are ordinary workers.

:05:54. > :05:59.Everybody is in trouble because they need to get to work.

:06:00. > :06:05.My teachers use the train to come to uni. Regular commuters will hope an

:06:06. > :06:07.agreement can be met in the next 13 days.

:06:08. > :06:10.A surgeon from Altrincham has gone on trial accused of causing grievous

:06:11. > :06:12.bodily harm to ten patients by carrying out unnecessary

:06:13. > :06:18.The jury was told that Ian Paterson lied to his patients,

:06:42. > :06:43.Passengers are being advised to check the status of their flight

:06:44. > :06:49.with their airlines before travelling.

:06:50. > :06:52.As Britain gets ready to leave the EU - this week our social

:06:53. > :06:54.affairs correspondent Clare Fallon has been finding out how

:06:55. > :06:56.people across the region feel about the process

:06:57. > :06:58.and what they want from the Brexit deal.

:06:59. > :07:01.Last night - we heard from the Eurosceptics in Blackpool,

:07:02. > :07:03.Today we're in Liverpool - one of the places where

:07:04. > :07:19.With the first stop on our big Brexit tour ticked off,

:07:20. > :07:24.we have left Blackpool and are heading south.

:07:25. > :07:28.Next up is a city where, based on the referendum result,

:07:29. > :07:31.they would like to be doing a U-turn right now because 58%

:07:32. > :07:41.of those who voted in Liverpool voted to remain.

:07:42. > :07:44.At this design company in the city centre, they are pretty good

:07:45. > :07:52.at looking into the future when it comes to technology.

:07:53. > :07:53.Brexit is not the future the boss wanted.

:07:54. > :07:57.Our team is 20% international, we've probably got eight or nine

:07:58. > :07:59.people from Europe and our ability to attract and then employ those

:08:00. > :08:22.European members of staff is definitely a concern for me.

:08:23. > :08:33.Younger generation were fearful of what would come if we came out. That

:08:34. > :08:37.is all they have known. Immigration and things like that. The age that

:08:38. > :08:44.would like to sing go and work in the European Union would be quite

:08:45. > :08:51.nice to have that. We have one final Place to stop in Liverpool. Since

:08:52. > :08:55.the referendum, there has been a stampede of Irish Brits applying for

:08:56. > :08:59.Irish passports or though even here at the Irish Centre not everyone is

:09:00. > :09:04.on the same song sheet. My husband is Irish and he voted to leave. We

:09:05. > :09:12.had terrible arguments. On the day it happened I would not speak to

:09:13. > :09:18.him! She made the wrong decision but that would be borne out in what

:09:19. > :09:23.happens in the next few years. Right or wrong, like it or not, the

:09:24. > :09:24.destination has been set, the next step will be figuring out the route

:09:25. > :09:28.to Brexit. The next of the tour tomorrow. In

:09:29. > :09:56.the Championship... That is all the news and sport me,

:09:57. > :10:01.now let's look at the weather. Animal snow? A bit overnight over

:10:02. > :10:08.the next couple of days but nothing as drastic as first thing. Mutual

:10:09. > :10:14.logically we turn into sparring but the weather was like winter, a

:10:15. > :10:19.grapeshot in Manchester first thing. -- great shot. Over the next couple

:10:20. > :10:27.of days, the weather fronts and with cold out the recipe for some snow.

:10:28. > :10:35.Lots of the showers have died away and many places are dry. Clearer

:10:36. > :10:40.skies dropping south, not as cold, temperatures two or three or four on

:10:41. > :10:46.the coast. Tomorrow, one of the better days of the week. Good spells

:10:47. > :10:50.of sunshine. One showers crop up but a good portion of the afternoon will

:10:51. > :10:55.be dry and bright when we kill off the morning showers. Another line of

:10:56. > :10:57.rain works in and there could be some snow in the overnight period.

:10:58. > :11:09.The outlook is more of the same. Good evening. We are about to head

:11:10. > :11:10.into March, the days are getting
