:01:26. > :01:29.But we're trying to get back now to London and not having much luck.

:01:30. > :01:33.I've spent, I think in the last 24 hours, about six, seven hours

:01:34. > :01:36.So it's been quite horrific for me, to be honest.

:01:37. > :01:39.Obviously on Twitter and stuff, the tweets and that.

:01:40. > :01:41.But we didn't realise the scale of it.

:01:42. > :01:43.Obviously, it's pretty empty in here.

:02:15. > :02:16.He persistently raped and was violent to two women

:02:17. > :02:21.Today, he was jailed for 27 years for those crimes,

:02:22. > :02:26.and the rape and sexual assault of two other children.

:02:37. > :02:40.but then he too began to rape and control her.

:02:47. > :02:52.I would applaud the victims and witnesses, due to

:02:53. > :02:55.the strength and courage that they have displayed.

:02:56. > :02:58.And equally, I would like to add that eventually, their voices

:02:59. > :03:02.were heard and more importantly, they were all believed as well.

:03:03. > :03:05.At his trial in January, Dunn, now 58, was also found guilty

:03:06. > :03:09.of the rape of a ten or 11-year-old girl in the late 70s in Manchester.

:04:36. > :04:42.The front gates were open, but the playgrounds were empty.

:04:43. > :04:47.Today, parents of pupils at Bollin primary school were told to send

:04:48. > :04:51.some of their children back to school tomorrow.

:04:52. > :04:54.I don't think we can sort of dismissed the last few days

:04:55. > :04:56.and the last few weeks as never having happened.

:04:57. > :04:59.There's a lot that we need to take away and look out from that.

:05:00. > :05:03.And the council will be looking at events that led up to that very

:05:04. > :05:08.Trafford Council intervened on Monday after the relationship

:05:18. > :05:21.to replace the governing body with an interim executive board.

:05:22. > :05:25.The headteacher, Michelle Brindle, wasn't in school today.

:05:26. > :05:28.And in an e-mail sent out to a number of parents,

:05:29. > :05:32.the chair of governors confirmed an interim head will take over

:05:33. > :05:36.and be in school tomorrow for its phase reopening.

:05:37. > :05:41.There are petitions in support of and against the headteacher.

:05:42. > :05:44.One parent today welcomed the new head, but criticised the timing.

:05:45. > :05:48.If they had stepped in earlier, when dozens of parent complaints

:05:49. > :05:51.hadn't been addressed, when the governing board

:05:52. > :05:55.was basically falling apart, this wouldn't be happening.

:05:56. > :06:01.On Friday, some teachers were caught celebrating what they felt had been

:06:02. > :06:03.the headteacher's suspension or sacking that turned

:06:04. > :06:06.Trafford Council have confirmed a number of teachers

:06:07. > :06:11.I'm aware of that video, and it's now appropriate

:06:12. > :06:15.that we investigate the content of it and whether there

:06:16. > :06:23.are any actions that are necessary as a result of it.

:06:24. > :06:27.Juliet Phillips has been following this story tonight.

:06:28. > :06:33.Juliet, what's going to happen next for this school?

:06:34. > :06:40.The school, which has been closed since Monday, is going to start a

:06:41. > :06:46.phased reopening. Some pupils will be starting classes as soon as

:06:47. > :06:50.tomorrow. That's ages seven until 11, key stage two. Then ages

:06:51. > :06:57.children five until seven, will begin classes on Friday. Early years

:06:58. > :06:58.children, ages three to five, began on Monday.

:06:59. > :07:04.What's the parents' reaction been like today?

:07:05. > :07:10.A mixed reaction as mentioned in the report. Some teachers have been

:07:11. > :07:15.suspended following the release of the video we have just seen, which

:07:16. > :07:18.allegedly shows a party happening on the school site. Some parents are

:07:19. > :07:19.worried that those teachers that are suspended will be replaced by supply

:07:20. > :07:22.teachers. The teachers have been under a huge

:07:23. > :07:25.amount of stress over We're really concerned that we're

:07:26. > :07:31.going to be going back to the school with temporary staff

:07:32. > :07:33.and our teachers not there, because nobody's informing us yet

:07:34. > :07:37.again what's happening. It's clear then the problems

:07:38. > :07:39.at this school aren't This week, we're on a Brexit tour

:07:40. > :07:50.of the region, finding out how people feel about the prospect

:07:51. > :07:52.of leaving the EU. Tonight we're in Cheshire East -

:07:53. > :07:56.where people narrowly voted out - and where there's a large

:07:57. > :07:58.Polish community. Here's our Social Affairs

:07:59. > :08:10.Correspondent Clare Fallon. We're back on the road and yes,

:08:11. > :08:15.we are caravanning in a hailstorm. Our next destination is a town

:08:16. > :08:18.that's become home to thousands So your noun is here,

:08:19. > :08:26.and they come in this order. Learning rules of grammar that

:08:27. > :08:29.will be a mystery to some who were born and educated

:08:30. > :08:31.in the UK. Many who take English courses

:08:32. > :08:35.at the local college are Polish. After class, I sat down with some

:08:36. > :08:41.of the students to talk about Brexit Why do you think people

:08:42. > :08:54.in the UK voted to leave? There's a lot of immigration

:08:55. > :08:56.in here, and I think Between a pub and a Polish deli,

:08:57. > :09:10.we parked up in Crewe town centre and invite people to escape

:09:11. > :09:14.the freeze for a few minutes. I've got nothing against anybody

:09:15. > :09:22.coming here to work genuinely, This is a road no

:09:23. > :09:27.one's been on before. It will be down to the government

:09:28. > :09:51.to figure out how we get there. Manchester City won the replay 5-1

:09:52. > :09:53.against Huddersfield. That's all from me.

:09:54. > :09:57.Today was a beautiful day, lots and lots of sunshine

:09:58. > :10:00.But we're changing back to that wet, windy and wintry pattern.

:10:01. > :10:03.We will see more of this weather as we head through

:10:04. > :10:07.Tightly packed isobars and weather front after weather front

:10:08. > :10:10.So we're back in the rain tonight, the showers moved in over

:10:11. > :10:14.The more organised area is moving in now.

:10:15. > :10:17.As it rises above the high ground, we will see some sleet and snow.

:10:18. > :10:21.There might be a little bit of wet snow floating by elsewhere,

:10:22. > :10:23.but I'm not expecting it to cause any problems.

:10:24. > :10:25.No weather warnings in place at the moment.

:10:26. > :10:27.In terms of the numbers tonight, it will vary.

:10:28. > :10:30.We will talk about perhaps zero to -1 rurally, but in towns

:10:31. > :10:32.and cities two and three, and four along the coast.

:10:33. > :10:34.Now, it's all around first thing this morning.

:10:35. > :10:38.It's going to move away as you go through the morning,

:10:39. > :10:41.and into the afternoon much brighter skies will work their way through.

:10:42. > :10:43.It's a nice improvement, but you've got a pretty poor

:10:44. > :10:48.The sun comes out in the afternoon, perhaps a stray shower here.

:10:49. > :10:51.The temperatures will range between seven and 9 degrees.

:10:52. > :10:53.Your national forecast is next, but here is the outlook

:10:54. > :11:04.outlook. A whole load of 11 is. What does that mean? Maybe John Hammond

:11:05. > :11:13.will tell you. We're in for a bumpy ride. The

:11:14. > :11:17.weather chopping and changing keeping us on our toes. Rain never

:11:18. > :11:21.too far away from our crystal ball. There has been rain around today

:11:22. > :11:22.across southern areas. This band of wet weather
