:00:30. > :00:35.A New Year's Eve hit-and-run claimed the lives of these two cousins -

:00:36. > :00:42.Distraught family members gathered at the place where 12-year-old

:00:43. > :00:46.Helina was killed and Zaneta, who was 11, was seriously injured.

:00:47. > :00:50.She passed away the following Monday.

:00:51. > :00:54.They were hit as they crossed Ashton Road in Oldham, hand-in-hand,

:00:55. > :00:59.One witness recalled they were flipped into the air

:01:00. > :01:04.The driver didn't wait to find out what he'd done.

:01:05. > :01:07.He is 38-year-old Hungarian Gabor Hegedos.

:01:08. > :01:10.Today he pleaded guilty to two counts of causing death

:01:11. > :01:18.The families of Helina and Zaneta spoke through an interpreter today

:01:19. > :01:24.They are saying that their life has just twisted from just like that,

:01:25. > :01:29.that even the siblings not feeling the way that they should,

:01:30. > :01:37.This picture of Hegedos was uploaded to social media

:01:38. > :01:42.Families in court also heard 18-year-old David Orsos plead guilty

:01:43. > :01:45.to perverting the course of justice by agreeing to dispose

:01:46. > :01:50.Both also admitted other charges related to the deaths

:01:51. > :01:57.Even when the doctor said that there is a chance that she could die,

:01:58. > :02:06.They thought that because of her in good heart that

:02:07. > :02:10.God will let her stay, but he still took her with him.

:02:11. > :02:12.Remanding Hegedos and Orsos in custody, His Honour Judge Potter

:02:13. > :02:15.warned them they face a significant jail term.

:02:16. > :02:18.Sentencing will take place on 26 June.

:02:27. > :02:32.It's left the 49-year-old from Manchester needing 24-hour care.

:02:33. > :02:35.But the Department for Work and Pensions has told

:02:36. > :02:37.her she's fit to work - and has cut her benefits

:02:38. > :02:47.There's barely room in a large storage box for all of

:02:48. > :02:52.A series of illnesses centred on the brain have left her

:02:53. > :02:58.She recently had to undergo what's called a Work Capability Assessment.

:02:59. > :02:59.You felt you weren't assessed properly?

:03:00. > :03:02.I was definitely not assessed properly.

:03:03. > :03:10.I took lots of information, put it on the desk thinking

:03:11. > :03:13.that she would take a look at it and she took no notice

:03:14. > :03:16.of any of the information that was on the letters.

:03:17. > :03:19.Christine lives full time with her carer in Wythenshawe.

:03:20. > :03:22.We will go out together, but I have to hold her hand.

:03:23. > :03:25.If we go out together I always have to be with her.

:03:26. > :03:27.She can't be left alone, because she won't remember where she is.

:03:28. > :03:31.She won't remember what bus to get on.

:03:32. > :03:34.A few days ago, Christine received this letter

:03:35. > :03:40.They accept that she's not fit enough to hold down a full-time job,

:03:41. > :03:44.but say she might be able to do some paid employment, and they want

:03:45. > :03:51.In the meantime her benefits are being cut by nearly ?200 a month.

:03:52. > :03:54.You are being asked now to attend a meeting where you can discuss

:03:55. > :04:02.I have told them I would want to do work.

:04:03. > :04:11.But that is the point of the meeting, isn't it,

:04:12. > :04:31.The Department for Work and Pensions told us...

:04:32. > :04:34.According to the most recent figures, 59% of appeals

:04:51. > :04:53.Epilepsy Action and she told me why she believed the current system used

:04:54. > :04:59.to assess people was inadequate for people with epilepsy.

:05:00. > :05:04.It is unable to accurately assess the impact of living with epilepsy.

:05:05. > :05:07.It is a fluctuating and hidden condition which can affect people

:05:08. > :05:13.And it is perfectly feasible that a person with epilepsy could be fine

:05:14. > :05:16.one minute and very unwell the next, and that isn't reflected

:05:17. > :05:19.or recognised in the assessment processes at all.

:05:20. > :05:23.What we are asking for is for assessors to be trained to better

:05:24. > :05:26.understand the nature of conditions like epilepsy, and for questions

:05:27. > :05:31.in the assessment process to better reflect the fluctuating nature

:05:32. > :05:39.So, if somebody does have a very severe case,

:05:40. > :05:42.like the example that we have, what affects could working

:05:43. > :05:47.Working full-time, if your epilepsy is so

:05:48. > :05:53.severe that that is a challenge for you, it could increase the severity

:05:54. > :06:04.and type of seizures, it could make people very, very tired.

:07:52. > :08:02.The musical is about what it is like to grow up adoring a boy band.

:08:03. > :08:08.For five 16-year-old friends in 1992, The Band is everything.

:08:09. > :08:11.The boys say Take That were hands-on producers.

:08:12. > :08:15.They have been coming into our rehearsals and they have a strong

:08:16. > :08:21.Producing musical theatre is extremely exciting for anybody

:08:22. > :08:28.I have been involved in the last few years and I am really thrilled.

:08:29. > :08:31.The lads are now involved as well, cos it is so rewarding.

:08:32. > :08:37.It is wonderful to see how they have grown since winning the TV show

:08:38. > :08:42.and they have been in rehearsals for the last few weeks.

:08:43. > :08:51.Tickets are now on sale for the 20-date tour which will see
