:00:50. > :00:53.which ruled in favour of Cuadrilla, but they say they are angry.
:00:54. > :00:57.The only course of action now left open to us is more direct action.
:00:58. > :01:00.We have followed all the other routes, all the legal processes that
:01:01. > :01:07.Some residents who live near the site have spent years
:01:08. > :01:09.fighting the application to frack here.
:01:10. > :01:11.This was perhaps their last chance of stopping it going ahead.
:01:12. > :01:25.We thought our legal team had put our case over well.
:01:26. > :01:29.Three years ago, Cuadrilla applied to test frack at Preston New Road,
:01:30. > :01:32.but Lancashire County Council refused planning permission.
:01:33. > :01:37.That led to a six-week public inquiry.
:01:38. > :01:40.On the back of that, a report was sent to the Secretary of State.
:01:41. > :01:45.Then the resident asked for a judicial review.
:01:46. > :01:52.It is one of the most looked at applications that Lancashire has
:01:53. > :01:55.ever seen and we are very pleased, and I think it is very good
:01:56. > :01:58.for Lancashire because it means we can now go ahead and hopefully
:01:59. > :02:01.develop shale gas there and bring jobs and gas
:02:02. > :02:06.One local business group said they were delighted with the outcome.

:02:22. > :02:23.But these campaigners say that won't happen.
:02:24. > :02:27.This man climbed on top of a lorry yesterday afternoon.

:08:27. > :08:33.Attacks which reduce speed can be very potent like time sensitive
:08:34. > :08:37.stock exchange transactions which don't go through in
:08:38. > :08:39.time, so costs companies billions of dollars.
:08:40. > :08:41.Presumably, as you come up with defences against attacks,
:08:42. > :08:44.the attackers come up with new forms of attack.
:08:45. > :08:49.The challenge is, as a defender, you start at a disadvantage
:08:50. > :08:52.because an attacker only has to find one vulnerability,
:08:53. > :08:56.while you have to potentially find and guard against all possible
:08:57. > :08:59.vulnerabilities in a system, and that makes it a challenging
