:01:30. > :01:34.We have first-hand experience of the dark side of CSE,

:01:35. > :01:39.where it can go wrong, where you can be left behind.

:01:40. > :01:42.I think that we have something very important to say.

:01:43. > :01:44.Yeah, there's a lack of conversation.

:01:45. > :01:48.People need to come together and speak about it more,

:01:49. > :01:54.Reign is one of a number of campaigns run by Reclaim,

:01:55. > :01:59.a charity that promotes the voices of young, working-class people.

:02:00. > :02:01.So often when people talk about victims,

:02:02. > :02:03.they'll immediately be given pity

:02:04. > :02:05.and people forget that they are resilient,

:02:06. > :02:07.they are strong, they have come through things,

:02:08. > :02:10.and that they don't want to be defined by the abuse.

:02:11. > :02:12.and then they've got on with their lives.

:02:13. > :02:14.These billboards are just the beginning.

:02:15. > :02:16.The plan is to take the message into schools

:02:17. > :02:20.and directly to public bodies through a series of workshops.

:02:21. > :02:25.and I do think that children are being let down,

:02:26. > :02:27.and that's why, with Reign, we want to create these workshops

:02:28. > :02:31.that can educate professionals so that children aren't let down.

:02:32. > :02:42.These survivors want to put an end to that.

:02:43. > :02:45.a small film made in Liverpool became a big hit.

:02:46. > :02:48.Letter To Brezhnev was about two friends more pre-occupied

:02:49. > :02:54.It became one of the best loved movies of the '80s,

:02:55. > :02:58.and now the cast is being reunited, as Colin Paterson reports.

:03:18. > :03:19.spending the night with two Russian sailors,

:03:20. > :03:23.set against the political backdrop of the time.

:03:24. > :03:27.We were sick, I think, of seeing the way the city was portrayed,

:03:28. > :03:35.At that point in time, it was almost dead, you know?

:03:36. > :03:38.We had no industry, it had all been closed down.

:03:39. > :03:42.The river, there were no longer ships on the river.

:03:43. > :03:46.And from a Letter To Brezhnev, it gave us a film industry.

:03:47. > :03:53.Now the cast are reuniting for the first time in more than

:03:54. > :03:55.30 years for a special screening at Fact in Liverpool tomorrow,

:03:56. > :04:15.It's going to be very cold night. Many places will see a frost. The

:04:16. > :04:19.sun came out towards the tail end of the day, so we are seeing clear

:04:20. > :04:23.skies, which is where the temperatures will fall away. These

:04:24. > :04:27.numbers are put out and cities, so it will be: that in the countryside.

:04:28. > :04:31.Also some spots of drizzly rain which will continue to drop further

:04:32. > :04:38.south over the next few hours, then the cloudy weather will -- clear

:04:39. > :04:46.weather we'll move in. Two or three degrees for most towns and cities,
