:00:43. > :00:45.Mr Sumner said he felt he had a moral obligation
:00:46. > :00:48.to make the stipulation, even though he had no legal powers -
:00:49. > :00:51.leading to speculation that it was Brady's last wish.
:00:52. > :00:56.His lawyer, Robin Makin, has told the coroner there is no
:00:57. > :01:00.likelihood that Brady's ashes will be scattered

:01:43. > :01:45.and there will be a full inquest into his death at Ashworth High
:01:46. > :01:49.So Brady's body is unlikely to be released until tomorrow.

:04:21. > :04:28.Overall, the Burbo Bank extension can produce enough electricity
:04:29. > :04:34.The power which the turbines generate goes
:04:35. > :04:41.It then flows down 25km of undersea cables to an onshore
:04:42. > :04:46.When you get close up to these turbines, you realise just
:04:47. > :04:53.One turn of the blades on just one of the turbines produces enough
:04:54. > :04:56.electricity to power the average home for more than a day.
:04:57. > :05:00.The facility inaugurated today is an extension of one
:05:01. > :05:02.built ten years ago, though the original only has a third
:05:03. > :05:07.Further up the coast, five sites near Barrow of producing enough
