:00:45. > :00:48.two decades ago linking MMR vaccinations and autism that caused

:00:49. > :00:55.One of the signs of that is that for a whole generation

:00:56. > :00:58.we had no cases of measles here at the children's hospital.

:00:59. > :01:04.But two years ago a child went into A who was infected.

:01:05. > :01:07.They simply passed another child who had had an operation and that

:01:08. > :01:08.child was also infected with measles.

:01:09. > :01:16.Yesterday, he was in Brussels to show his new film to some MEPS.

:02:02. > :02:03.They are not interested in what your talking about.

:02:04. > :02:11.Donald Trump gave us 50 minutes to discuss a very serious issue.

:02:12. > :02:13.He understands it, he gets it, he intends to do something

:02:14. > :02:16.This leading vaccine expert is horrified.

:02:17. > :02:19.It is alarming if it is true that people like Andrew

:02:20. > :02:20.Wakefield, who have been comprehensively discredited

:02:21. > :02:23.professionally, are getting the ear of people who are clearly very

:02:24. > :02:29.In the end, when it comes to public health decisions,

:02:30. > :02:32.you have to look objectively at what everybody has put together.

:02:33. > :02:38.The danger is that we have a return of this problem

:02:39. > :02:41.with people not immunising their children with the vaccine and we see

:02:42. > :02:46.more cases of measles, more cases of mumps,

:02:47. > :02:49.rubella, and people die as a consequence of it.

:02:50. > :02:50.Since Andrew Wakefield was discredited,

:02:51. > :02:58.The big fear now is they could fall again.

:02:59. > :03:00.A security guard arrested on suspicion of manslaughter

:03:01. > :03:03.after a man died outside a shopping centre in Trowbridge has

:03:04. > :03:07.It's thought the man who died could have been

:03:08. > :03:09.shoplifting earlier in the day, and may have been injured

:03:10. > :03:13.Our reporter Scott Ellis has been at the shopping centre

:03:14. > :03:20.The man who died is in his 30s and from Cornwall is a rough sleeper

:03:21. > :03:30.Yesterday, he was spotted by store detectives leaving

:03:31. > :03:33.Sainsbury's with bottles of alcohol stored underneath his jacket to next

:03:34. > :03:37.He was followed by a store detective and the two met in

:03:38. > :03:39.this car park at the Shires shopping centre.

:03:40. > :03:41.There was some kind of altercation between the two of them and

:03:42. > :03:44.the man with the bottles fell to the ground,

:03:45. > :03:47.the bottles shattered and he

:03:48. > :03:51.Paramedics tried to save his life, but he died here at the scene,

:03:52. > :03:58.First, we just tried to block him and then the

:03:59. > :04:01.other guy, he was adamant he wasn't getting away with this drink and

:04:02. > :04:05.then, I don't think it was a thing he meant to do, but he tried to grab

:04:06. > :04:08.him and as he tried to do that, the other

:04:09. > :04:10.guy tried to pull away and he

:04:11. > :04:12.tripped and fell on top of the bottles and there

:04:13. > :04:15.was loads of people around, so

:04:16. > :04:18.I didn't quite see a lot of what was going on.

:04:19. > :04:19.The store detective was arrested on suspicion

:04:20. > :04:25.He has been released since on unconditional bail.

:04:26. > :04:27.These detectives have no more rights than

:04:28. > :04:30.you or I, you can use force if you think a crime has been

:04:31. > :04:32.committed, but it has to be right for that

:04:33. > :04:35.situation and a detective told us these are the things they are having

:04:36. > :04:38.to weigh up as they investigate the case.

:04:39. > :04:40.There are various incidents we understand involving this individual

:04:41. > :04:42.and security staff from the surrounding

:04:43. > :04:49.We were in the process of building up that picture to understand fully

:04:50. > :04:52.what has gone on and that is what our investigation is about, because

:04:53. > :04:55.we need to understand whether or not the force being used was

:04:56. > :05:00.proportionate to the circumstances that unravelled during the course of

:05:01. > :05:04.As the police investigate the case, they are still keen to hear

:05:05. > :05:08.If you were here just after three o'clock in the

:05:19. > :05:21.and 52-year-old Anthony McCormick, who's serving a life sentence

:05:22. > :05:23.for rape, were last seen leaving HMP Leyhill just before 5pm yesterday.

:05:24. > :05:35.Police say not to approach them, but to call 999.

:05:36. > :05:37.Members of Avon Fire Authority have today approved plans to end

:05:38. > :05:40.24-hour manned cover at South Gloucestershire station.

:05:41. > :05:43.The plans will see Yate fire station unmanned at night

:05:44. > :05:54.It follows a six-week consultation on the proposed changes.

:05:58. > :05:59.for Bristol as the premiership's all-time top try scorer tonight

:06:00. > :06:09.But there was little else to smile about for Bristol,

:06:10. > :06:13.It's the sixth defeat in a row for the side in all competitions,

:06:14. > :06:15.and they stay bottom of the Premiership.

:06:40. > :06:45.But even in. There has been a bit of snow today, there will be more

:06:46. > :06:49.through the weekend. It will end up in both Saturday and Sunday,

:06:50. > :06:53.noticeably colder than the increasingly windy which will allow

:06:54. > :06:58.significant wind-chill and cloud around. A mixture of rain and sleet,

:06:59. > :07:05.but snow will most certainly, though he will be a small accumulation.

:07:06. > :07:12.Temperatures tonight stopping -- dropping to about minus three

:07:13. > :07:16.Celsius, so a raw start to tomorrow. Wintry snow flurries feeding in from

:07:17. > :07:20.the north-east tomorrow. There may be accumulations over the Cotswolds

:07:21. > :07:23.or the Mendips and be surprised if there is a bit of snow at lower

:07:24. > :07:28.levels, but we are not expecting that to be tricky bothersome on the

:07:29. > :07:32.roads. The winds speeds many will be a windy day. Temperatures 2-3 C.

:07:33. > :07:36.Similar on Sunday. exception to that rule probably over

:07:53. > :07:58.around but I managed to find some sunshine. I don't know how but there

:07:59. > :08:01.was a couple of hours towards the south-west in Cornwall, a beautiful

:08:02. > :08:06.day. The south-west saw glimpses of sunshine. Further east, cloudy, cold

:08:07. > :08:11.and grey with winds off the North seep and a scattering of wintry

:08:12. > :08:15.showers. Yes, rain sleet and snow, a dusting at lower levels through the

:08:16. > :08:23.day. It brought this beautiful picture on the outskirts of

:08:24. > :08:25.Aberdeenshire. But enough of the sun, let's
