:00:42. > :00:45.Today marks the end of the legal battle for Harry's family.

:00:46. > :00:48.But this blue helmet hides the scars he sustained when he was shot

:00:49. > :00:49.This man, 24-year-old Jordan Walters,

:00:50. > :00:52.He and his girlfriend Emma Horseman were close

:00:53. > :01:01.They were neighbours in this block of flats.

:01:02. > :01:03.On the day he was shot,Harry and Walters' children

:01:04. > :01:09.Walters starting cleaning this gun, that he used for shooting rabbits,

:01:10. > :01:11.in his kitchen whilst Harry played in the living room.

:01:12. > :01:14.When Harry started crying, his mother Amy said she'd heard

:01:15. > :01:17.Emma Horseman say, "Jord, shoot Harry, just to scare him."

:01:18. > :01:22.Emma Horseman said she couldn't remember saying that,

:01:23. > :01:25.and was cleared by a jury of any involvement in his injury.

:01:26. > :01:27.But her partner Walters had pleaded guilty to causing

:01:28. > :01:30.grievous bodily harm, although he'd said he didn't

:01:31. > :01:44.Today he was told he'd serve two years in prison.

:01:45. > :01:51.Jordan Walters was visibly upset during the sentencing. He was told

:01:52. > :02:02.that his actions left Harry Lucky to be alive. His actions were reckless

:02:03. > :02:09.in the extreme. How anyone could point a weapon at a child beggars

:02:10. > :02:13.belief, though did not. Harry still suffers seizures and has lost much

:02:14. > :02:20.of his side. For now, they are grateful to just be together. He is

:02:21. > :02:26.better than we thought he would be. We were told to say goodbye back

:02:27. > :02:30.then. To see him running around spelling, it is just amazing. The

:02:31. > :02:35.bullet remains embedded in little Harry's brain. They will be more

:02:36. > :02:37.testing times on his road to recovery.

:02:38. > :02:40.Police investigating the death of a woman who was hit by a

:02:41. > :02:43.road sweeper in Swindon are looking to speak to a taxi driver

:02:44. > :02:47.It happened outside Arkells Brewery on Beechcroft Road yesterday.

:02:48. > :02:56.It's understood the woman, who was 32, was going to collect her

:02:57. > :03:02.Police say the taxi driver was not involved but could be a key witness.

:03:53. > :03:56.That meant he paid below market rent to live in a disused building -

:03:57. > :03:58.but didn't have the same protection offered to tenants.

:03:59. > :04:10.Nic's a property guardian in this old Bristol care home.

:04:11. > :04:16.He's been battling for his rights to live here for more than a year.

:04:17. > :04:19.Legal advice was that, actually, by the way you've been living

:04:20. > :04:22.and the room you've had, etc, then there is a good argument

:04:23. > :04:31.But the management company Camelot had argued that Nic and others had

:04:32. > :04:33.willingly signed up as guardians to provide security

:04:34. > :04:38.Guardians don't have as much protection as tenants

:04:39. > :04:49.The court today ruled that Nic's fellow resident,

:04:50. > :04:54.We should be entitled to the basic necessities of life, such as,

:04:55. > :04:57.you know, hot water and properly functioning showers, for example.

:04:58. > :05:03.We basically felt so strongly about all that stuff that we felt

:05:04. > :05:09.This hopefully would empower the people, if they feel strongly -

:05:10. > :05:13.we've done it, it's been a long graft, it's been pretty horrible

:05:14. > :05:26.The case has been acrimonious, with allegations of neglected

:05:27. > :05:27.properties and attempts to intimidate residents.
