:01:02. > :01:04.A council licensing officer said the leaflets were misleading
:01:05. > :01:08.because they feature the names of two charities.
:01:09. > :01:10.Since they weren't licensed for charity collections she asked
:01:11. > :01:19.The group behind the leaflets is called Salubrious Periodicals.
:01:20. > :01:22.It has a mailing address here in the centre of Bristol.
:01:23. > :01:24.A representative said they set up Salubrious Periodicals
:01:25. > :01:28.after their son underwent tests for cancer because they wanted
:01:29. > :01:32.to raise awareness of carcinogenic foods sold to children.
:01:33. > :01:35.They say all the vendors we've mentioned in this report were acting
:01:36. > :01:38.legally and they'll take steps to ensure they maintain
:01:39. > :01:45.They say any customers who feel they misinterpreted the transaction
:01:46. > :01:50.They wouldn't tell us what percentage of their money
:01:51. > :01:54.The two charities on the leaflets told us they have received money
:01:55. > :01:58.And now they want their names removed.
:01:59. > :02:03.Today this former employee, who wants to remain anonymous,
:02:04. > :02:09.His mother died of cancer and he wanted to help raise money.
:02:10. > :02:12.But he left after four months saying that he discovered
:02:13. > :02:16.while he was the organisation wasn't linked to a charity.
:02:17. > :02:19.It was not a good thing he was doing if he wasn't paying a charity
:02:20. > :02:23.because he wasn't proving to us he was paying a charity, we didn't
:02:24. > :02:29.We contacted the company about the claim but they haven't replied.
:02:30. > :02:31.The Charity Commission says it's aware of the concerns
:02:32. > :02:38.They say street fundraisers should have a local authority licence.
:02:39. > :02:41.Adding that transparency with the public is key.

:05:17. > :05:19.trains that can run on both electric and diesel.
:05:20. > :05:23.It's not environmentally clean. It's not as fast accelerating.

:05:34. > :05:38.for electrification in places where it's now been indefinitely
:05:39. > :05:41.deferred, such as here in Bath where the line was shut for
:05:42. > :05:45.six weeks in the summer of 2015 and there are more
:05:46. > :05:50.This time the work's definitely needed.
:05:51. > :05:53.They're lengthening the platforms to take the new trains
:05:54. > :05:55.which will start running in the autumn.
:05:56. > :05:59.But it means more inconvenience for passengers.
