:02:02. > :02:08.The way black people act sometimes makes me genuinely despise them.

:02:09. > :02:23.I do think it's the pack mentality where obviously they feel

:02:24. > :02:26.if they say it in a group they're less likely for one person

:02:27. > :02:29.to get in trouble cos they all comment together.

:02:30. > :02:31.They're all saying the same thing like a group chat,

:02:32. > :02:34.or tweet the same thing so it's hard to directly address one person.

:02:35. > :02:37.One of the bullies is also a student at Bristol.

:02:38. > :02:39.Timi and Tami say they haven't yet told the university authorities

:02:40. > :02:41.what's happened because they don't know how to.

:02:42. > :02:44.The university says it has a zero tolerance approach to any kind

:02:45. > :02:46.of racist behaviour, and will investigate immediately

:04:44. > :04:46.The mile-long road on the northern side of Taunton is designed to ease

:04:47. > :04:50.congestion in a town with its fair share of traffic jams.

:04:51. > :04:53.But the project has been beset with technical difficulties,

:04:54. > :05:00.not least over the construction of a new bridge.

:05:01. > :05:07.I am telling them to get workers out here and

:05:08. > :05:10.And this week for the first time the county council,

:05:11. > :05:13.which has already paid more than ?11 million on the project

:05:14. > :05:18.The big question is who is to blame for the problems and delays?

:05:19. > :05:21.And who will big up a bill which keeps getting

:05:22. > :05:27.The contractor or the council, they're blaming each other.

:05:28. > :05:31.It's a row that's now become a formal legal dispute.

:05:32. > :05:36.And the loser could be faced with a very big bill -

:05:37. > :05:43.The contractor, Carillion, is refusing interviews

:05:44. > :05:56.The council is adamanat, we're not paying a penny piece more.

:05:57. > :05:59.I have a duty to protect the council taxpayer pound,

:06:00. > :06:01.and I will do everything I can to protect that.

:06:02. > :06:04.They want extra money, I am not a charitable person,

:06:05. > :06:11.Now, the lawyers are involved in a dispute which could yet go

:06:12. > :06:21.to the courts, and push up the bill even higher for whoever has to pay.

:06:22. > :06:24.The wet weather in Italy and Spain continues to have a knock-on affect
