:01:34. > :01:38.Virgin Care's already looking after 5 million people across the UK

:01:43. > :01:46.But today's campaigners don't buy it.

:01:47. > :01:48.It's a curious thing for them to have promised

:01:49. > :01:51.and if they want to do this, I can't understand why they haven't

:01:52. > :01:55.made Virgin Care a charitable trust or a not-for-profit company.

:01:56. > :01:58.The final decision to award the contract to Virgin Care

:01:59. > :02:04.If successful, Richard Branson's company will have seven years

:02:05. > :02:08.to prove they can help councils meet a growing demand for

:02:09. > :02:16.A man has been charged with causing the death

:04:33. > :04:36.Quite a mild night, temperatures down to 11 or 02.

:04:37. > :04:40.It will start to pick up a bit quicker tomorrow than today,

:04:41. > :04:43.To the lee of any high ground we should see some

:04:44. > :04:45.decent spells of sunshine, still staying mild,

:04:46. > :04:49.temperatures in one or two spots will hit 16 degrees,

:04:50. > :04:51.then it looks like for Halloween itself it will be dry,

:04:52. > :04:54.a lot of cloud about with overnight mist and fog.

:04:55. > :04:58.By the time we get towards Wednesday it will start to turn that little

:05:22. > :05:25.In fact where we did see sunshine breaking through, in Hull for

:05:26. > :05:29.instance, temperatures rose as high as 19 degrees, more typical of the

:05:30. > :05:33.middle of August and late October. Things remaining mild and largely

:05:34. > :05:37.dry down to this big area of high pressure really dominating the

:05:38. > :05:41.weather. Bringing light winds. Still a lot of ploughed through this

:05:42. > :05:45.evening and overnight. A few spots of drizzle coming out of the cloud,

:05:46. > :05:48.three central parts of England and Wales. Scattered showers towards the

:05:49. > :05:53.far north-west of Scotland and Northern Ireland. Where we see clear

:05:54. > :05:56.spells we the seat missed. Locally dense fog patches especially across

:05:57. > :06:01.parts of the south-east of England and East Anglia. Look out for

:06:02. > :06:03.reduced visibility Sunday morning. Mild start to the
