:01:04. > :01:10.At the last inspection in 2015, inspectors said the prison staff

:01:11. > :01:13.here had all but lost control and the prison was in crisis.

:01:21. > :01:22.there was a very high level of violence associated with the drug

:01:23. > :01:27.50 fires are reported each week at prisons in England and Wales,

:01:28. > :01:31.Opposition politicians blame cuts in prison staff.

:01:34. > :01:38.need to do is get prison officers in.
