:00:55. > :00:58.People are feeling often quite fearful.

:00:59. > :01:01.They are aware of change which is not in their control.

:01:02. > :01:06.And what I want to be saying to people at Easter is that in many

:01:07. > :01:09.ways Easter is all about change but it is change which is completely

:01:10. > :01:19.beyond death, it is change which is about hope and life.

:02:41. > :02:43.taxi drivers who haven't done it by the autumn could have

:02:44. > :02:48.More than 160 drivers have attended a free half-day course so far.

:02:49. > :02:51.The council also hopes to train staff in pubs,

:02:52. > :02:52.clubs and takeaways where young people

:02:53. > :03:01.If I see anything that I think is suspicious,

:03:02. > :03:04.I know I can phone the council and they will then pass it

:03:05. > :03:09.onto relevant people who can deal with it professionally.

:03:10. > :03:12.If I inform them, then I start the first link in the chain.

:03:13. > :03:15.Other councils in Somerset have sent information leaflets

:03:16. > :03:20.The police hope the face-to-face training

:03:21. > :03:23.will now be rolled out across the force area.

:03:24. > :03:26.I think looking at some of the training taxi drivers

:03:27. > :03:31.have felt uncomfortable about the situation they find

:03:32. > :03:34.themselves in, a fare with a child and adult they felt uncomfortable

:03:35. > :03:38.They might have told a friend or family member

:03:39. > :03:43.Now there is a proper guidance about what they can do.

:03:44. > :03:48.So I think they are really encouraged about this toolkit.

:03:49. > :03:50.It's hoped as more taxi drivers learn to spot children at risk,

:03:51. > :03:52.reports to the police, and ultimately prosecutions,
