:00:36. > :00:42.at the moment and not see huge swathes of uncertainty.

:00:43. > :00:46.At the heart of the Christian message is a message about hope.

:00:47. > :00:52.Life's most uncertain things can be lived with and can be transformed.

:00:53. > :00:55.People are feeling often quite fearful, they are aware of change

:00:56. > :01:00.which is not in their control, they are aware of uncertainty

:01:01. > :01:04.and what I want to be saying to people at Easter is that in many

:01:05. > :01:08.ways Easter is all about change, but it is change that is

:01:09. > :01:15.It is change which is about hope and life.

:02:36. > :02:41.clubs and takeaways where young people could be targeted.

:02:42. > :02:43.If I see anything that I think is suspicious,

:02:44. > :02:46.I know that I can phone the council, they will then pass it

:02:47. > :02:54.on to relevant people who will know how to deal with it professionally.

:02:55. > :02:57.If I inform them, then I start the first link in the chain.

:02:58. > :03:00.The police hope the face-to-face training will now be rolled out

:03:01. > :03:03.Taxi drivers have felt uncomfortable about the situation

:03:04. > :03:06.they find themselves in, it may be a fare with an adult

:03:07. > :03:09.and a child that they are not comfortable with, but they did not

:03:10. > :03:11.know really what to do and they might have just told

:03:12. > :03:14.a friend or a family member about that uncomfortableness.

:03:15. > :03:17.Now there is proper guidance about what they can do.

:03:18. > :03:21.It is hoped as more taxi drivers learn to spot children at risk,

:03:22. > :03:30.reports to the police and ultimately prosecutions will increase.
