:00:41. > :00:44.Holly - you are amazing and in a second, I'm going to ask you to

:03:53. > :03:57.Thomas's Hospital. Thank you for joining us. How rare is HELLP

:04:02. > :04:10.is not that rare, it affects between two and 8% of women. HELLP
:04:10. > :04:14.syndrome is less common but a well recognised form of pre-eclampsia.

:04:41. > :04:47.case but it is worrying, isn't it, that these symptoms were not
:04:47. > :04:51.necessarily spotted? If they will ever be recognised and is there a
:04:51. > :04:56.day when pre-eclampsia is not a risk to pregnant women? I don't
:04:56. > :05:03.think so. We strive to prevent all deaths but the trouble is that
:05:03. > :05:07.sentence like abdominal pain and headaches are very common during
:05:07. > :05:11.childbirth and the job is to spot the extreme cases so appropriate

:05:24. > :05:27.And if you want to know more about pre-eclampsia and the symptoms to

:05:31. > :05:34.bbc.co.uk/kent. A pensioner from Margate has been
:05:34. > :05:38.talking of the terrifying moment he was attacked by two poachers

:05:58. > :06:04.himself confronted by men with harpoons. I was walking down,
:06:04. > :06:10.checking tickets and memberships and so forth. I saw these two young
:06:10. > :06:17.guys walking towards me. I saw they had harpoons, home-made, crude
:06:17. > :06:26.weapons. They said, "we fish" and I said you don't with those horrible
:06:26. > :06:32.things. I snatched them off them and received a punch in the ribs
:06:32. > :06:36.and I reacted quite naturally with my stick. Freshwater fish like carp
:06:36. > :06:42.are a staple diet in some European countries and like here where
:06:42. > :06:47.people fish for sport and then put them back alive. Whoever is

:07:28. > :07:32.And he said he would not hesitate to confront poacher's again to
:07:32. > :07:41.protect the fish. And Simon joins us live now. How
:07:41. > :07:46.big a problem is poaching there? Despite the cold tonight, there are
:07:46. > :07:49.still some fishermen here. They are passionate about their sport. The
:07:49. > :07:53.association which runs the lake here says poaching is a big problem
:07:53. > :07:59.and poachers will try anything they can to get hold of a fish. It can

:10:46. > :10:50.What happened today? The jury has been considering 10 counts against
:10:50. > :10:55.Al Amin Dhalla and this afternoon, they came back with a verdict on
:10:55. > :10:58.seven of those. He was found guilty of harassing his ex, Alison Hewitt
:10:58. > :11:03.in Brighton. They formed a relationship but when she broke it

:12:25. > :12:29.takes over the franchises, this is what bosses say passengers between
:12:29. > :12:34.Dartford, Sevenoaks and the capital will get. They will get a very much
:12:34. > :12:37.better service in my view and more frequent service. More stations and
:12:37. > :12:42.cleaner stations than they do already and they will be part of a
:12:42. > :12:45.great network with lovely trains, coming and picking them up and
:12:45. > :12:49.whizzing them to London. The mayor says Transport for London currently
:12:49. > :12:54.runs services of higher quality and lower cost than Southeastern. The
:12:54. > :12:57.new franchise would go as far as Sevenoaks and Dartford and the

:13:48. > :13:55.Sara joins us now live from City Hall in London. So Michael Fallon
