:00:48. > :00:51.just under ?3 million recent figures show the charges are signifhcantly

:00:52. > :00:55.higher than for any other Kdnt house trust. This is something th`t we

:00:56. > :01:01.have been saying for several years is going to be the result of failing

:01:02. > :01:06.to recruit enough staff, of having recruitment freezes, of layhng

:01:07. > :01:13.nurses off and also, what I have two say in the NHS is really poor

:01:14. > :01:17.planning. The NHS Trust havd admitted that agency charges are too

:01:18. > :01:22.high. They say there have bden no staff job cuts it always trx to get

:01:23. > :01:26.their own staff to work overtime in the first instance. They sax it is

:01:27. > :01:31.difficult to plan for the unexpected spikes in demand in A Thd money

:01:32. > :01:37.should be spent on employing nurses all of the time, not just agency

:01:38. > :01:42.nurses. I would rather have someone on there at ?1800 for the shift so

:01:43. > :01:45.that if my kids going it is fully staffed. The NHS Trust says it is

:01:46. > :01:48.actively recruiting more permanent staff.

:03:01. > :03:04.area. Three options for a sdcond runway went on public displ`y

:03:05. > :03:08.today. The airport says no final decisions will be made until they

:03:09. > :03:12.have heard what people have two say. They have created estimates of job

:03:13. > :03:16.increases and demand and business increases but they cannot sdem to

:03:17. > :03:20.spell it out properly. We h`ve not digestive everything. We ard going

:03:21. > :03:26.to go home and have a good look I like the idea of it, it will bring

:03:27. > :03:30.jobs and prosperity to Crawley which would be nice. Gatwick assures that

:04:04. > :04:10.to Rotherham. Weather now with Elizabeth Rizzini.

:04:11. > :04:14.Good evening. We have seen the cloud they can from the West todax and

:04:15. > :04:19.eventually we will start to see outbreaks of rain spreading as well.

:04:20. > :04:23.A bit of hill fog and some westerly wind. It will strengthen during the

:04:24. > :04:27.night. Temperatures not trapping out of double figures and it will be a

:04:28. > :04:30.mild start to the day. Tomorrow the rain will be on and off through the

:04:31. > :04:38.day. Outbreaks of rain conthnuing and it will be breezy. The rain is

:04:39. > :04:42.mostly light and patchy with the odd heavy burst at times which continues

:04:43. > :04:48.for much of the rest of the day Temperatures only up to 13 or 1

:04:49. > :04:51.degrees. It stays quite unsdttled as we head into Monday. A ridgd of high

:04:52. > :04:56.pressure will give us something better for the middle part of the

:04:57. > :05:02.week and it looks fine and dry from Tuesday and Wednesday onwards.

:05:17. > :05:20.Celsius today in parts of East Anglia but it was the bright spot in

:05:21. > :05:24.an otherwise cloudy day and it is the cloud that will dominate

:05:25. > :05:27.tonight, bringing splashes of rain and dryer moments as well

:05:28. > :05:30.particularly in the north-east of Scotland but heavy bursts can't be

:05:31. > :05:35.ruled out in the West, where it will be misty and murky and breezy later

:05:36. > :05:37.in the night. The breeze is south to south-westerly and temperatures in

:05:38. > :05:42.the morning higher than they should be in the afternoon this time of

:05:43. > :05:44.year. Sunday, whilst milder, is going to be breezy and a bit matter
